This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is intended for families, responsible friend groups, and work-related stays. Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited, regardless of group size. We ask all guests to be respectful of neighbors and to observe quiet hours (10pm-7am )at all times.

The layout includes a main level and finished basement, with stairs required for access. Parking is available in the 2-car garage and private driveway. The backyard is wooded and natural. As a well-loved home designed for group stays, you may notice normal wear. Comfort and cleanliness are always our priority.

You’ll be 2–3 minutes from the highway and can reach downtown Indy, stadiums, and major event venues in about 10 minutes, without the congestion, parking challenges, or noise of an urban stay.

The neighborhood is walkable and family-friendly, with sidewalks, nearby parks, and a relaxed, local feel. It’s an ideal home base for guests attending downtown events who prefer to come home to peace and privacy at the end of the day.
