This was an absolutely wonderful hotel! Staff were marvelous. Food at the restaurant on its gonnasite was excellent. Bartenders and casino staff onsite or excellent. Area was excellent. You can get anything you want. Quick drive to Lake Tahoe, Virginia City, Reno not far either. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Upon entering our room, we were immediately met with the strong odor of cigarettes and marijuana smoke. I brought this to the attention of the front desk, but the staff member I spoke with refused to relocate us, simply stating, "We can't control what other guests do." I found this response unhelpful and dismissive. In addition: Our room was not serviced until Saturday, and only after I mentioned it. The staff member I spoke with appeared indifferent to the issue. The bed linens and towels were stained (photo attached). The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep. The television was not working initially, though I do want to commend your maintenance staff, who resolved that issue and were very professional. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and did not reflect the standard we expected. It felt more like a low-budget Motel 6 than the property we thought we had booked. I voiced these concerns again during checkout, but unfortunately, the staff member was dismissive, spoke over me, and did not seem willing to listen or assist.

The housekeeping staff was very loud in the mornings, and not considerate of the guests. I was a bit surprised at that- yelling to each other down the hallways, etc.

The lady at the front desk was so rude! She mumbled and when I asked her to clarify my room type, she started talking to me like I was a child! Called her out on it and she got even ruder! If it hadn’t been so late at night, I would have turned around and left. The room had been remodeled but my stay was ruined by the very rude lady checking me and my husband in.

Although I made reservations almost a month in advance my special request weren’t taken care of. We checked in after 10 and the lady working the desk said she recognized my reservation having input it. Then she added that she didn’t know if housekeeping got my request. Come on 2 extra pillows and 2towels are that hard give me a break. Oh and don’t expect your room to be cleaned while you’re out unless you ask says a 8x11 notice at the far end of the counter from where you check in. Don’t make your reservation based on the free breakfast it’s weak go down to Betseys cafe at Slotworld

I was very happy with the staff and the room and have no complaints there. What I didn’t realize is that this is also a casino, and being in Nevada, they allow smoking in most of the rooms. Although we had a nonsmoking room, it was still very smelly of smoke. I am very sensitive to it and bothered by it. This is the only reason why I wouldn’t go there again.

Very nice hotel. Nice room, great restaurant. Our issue was there were NO working vending machines anywhere in hotel for a cold drink. My wife prefers to drink from a bottle with a lid rather than a glass, like casino offers. Also, cigarette smoke smell bothered us.

This hotel is great for a trip with a family, the rooms are clean and renovated, the pool is clean and good, the bowling was the best part for me and my kids, the breakfast was delicious and free, the casino good, I can’t complain, definitely we will come back soon

Cigarette smell everywhere!

The hotel smells of cigarettes everywhere. Having the casino under the same roof does not help. We had to request for ionizer for the room every night. If you are a non-smoker or travelling with kids avoid this place.
