Jacuzzi was green . Walking by one of the a/c compressors outside you could see exposed wires cooling fan obviously installed by non licensed electrician who knows what others corners there cutting to save money

Barely Decent, staff was either rude or incompetent. The WiFi was horrible and the channels were delayed. Very uncomfortable stay.

The hotel provided shuttle service to the airport and also to a nearby restaurant. The staff was helpful.

make sure you request to NOT be on the second floor above the church area. We were there on NYEve, second floor, and at 8am were awakened by church booming in full swing. I am a church goer, and I understand being pumped up,,,, but really needed sleep!!!!! Hotel was conveniently located and price was right for us, but I will make sure I ask that question next time sleep will be important to us!

It is located 15 mins drive to IAH. This price is profitable near the airport. The outside was noisy with the sound of the airplane, but the inside of the room was quiet.

Room is not clear, have roaches on the bed. Wifi signal is very bad. Will not recommend to this hotel.

The day before my departure, I registered for the 5 AM hotel shuttle the next day. The front desk lady asked my room number and I said 212. She wrote down on a register book. When I arrived at front desk at 4:50 AM the next morning, I was told that the shuttle has left. The guy said he called me a few times and nobody answered the phone, so he let the shuttle go. I checked the book, apparently, they mistakenly put the room number as 201. The guy said the next shuttle can come at 5:30 AM, but it would be too late for my flight. He said he can call a taxi for me as the only option. I asked who is going to pay, since this is the hotel's mistake. He said that's a good question and the hotel can pay. Good that he called to get a taxi immediately. However, when the taxi arrived, he said he has no authority to pay so I ended up paying myself.

Everything was very nice until the very end. We asked for a wake call at 2am because our flight was at 5:30am. Tjhe phone never rang. I do understand that the time changed for daylight savings but we NEVER received a call and the guy at the frint desk lied telling us he did call. We missed our flight and had to wait in the Houston Airport all day to catch the next flight at 8pm (because it was delayed). All of that could have been avoided if we would have received a wake up call.

Enjoyed everything thoroughly, breakfast was great, fresh with options of great selections. The dining staff was great! From check in to check out was superb!

I had a nice time staying at this hotel. It was very clean, the staff was friendly, there was a nice selection on the daily continental breakfast, and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the whirlpool was out of service.

Chose this hotel because of the proximity to Bush Intercontinental Airport and above-average reviews, but was disappointed by my choice. It is close enough to IAH and convenient exit from the highway, but nothing else is close. It is on an abandoned strip of feeder road with no restaurants, stores, or pharmacies nearby - only 1 gas station about a mile away. Upon arrival, the outside and lobby of the hotel looked fresh, clean, and up-to-date, and the front desk provided a friendly greeting. Upon arrival to the room, we found it to be shabby. It was dimly lit and one light bulb out. The paint had numerous smudges, a shadow on the wall where the bed had been moved, & numerous dirty fingerprints - it needed scrubbing or a fresh coat of paint. The room had 4 small pillows, and when we requested 2 full size, only 1 was available. The tub enamel had many bright white patches where it had been repaired but the color did not match. Eco friendly, but it looked tacky. The tile floor was a bit waxy or soapy. The chair's arm cushions were completely worn out, no padding remained, sounds like it is time for a replacement. Free Wi-Fi was provided but slow and cut in/out regularly.

Nice Place to Stay for business and pleasure. If you have to work you have enough space to get your job done in the room. IF you have children they have enough room to feel at home as well.

Helpful staff. Ride from the airport took more than an hour to pick up. First floor noisy.

Clean, economic, great value for the price, also good location and new installations

The hotel was really nice and very convienent! Clean which is always very major to your stay. I would defiantly stay again. My boyfriend liked how there was a second sink, little counter, microwave & fridge all together.

This place is a bit far from the airport and harder to get to. But a great deal.

Everything clean. Rooms were a good size with work desk, Refrigerator, wicrowave, and coffee. Decent wifi. Comfortable beds. Good buffet breakfast Access road to the hotel is a little sketchy till you get used to it, but easy access to main roads, city, and airport

A comfy cosey welcoming environment. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the building and rooms are kept clean and neat
