THE AMBIENCE AND THE CLEANLINESS
Location was a plus, near shopping mall. Cleanliness of room was disappointing, floors still dirty. Condition of room was old. Breakfast was pathetic, a doggy bag with three items, horrible taste. Snack shop also pathetic, hardly a selection to choose.
Great all around. Enjoyed my stay will return in the future.
Did not like the way the breakfast was set up, if it's a buffet then set it up that way. The telephone never worked, no menu in the room, the price of a drink was absurd so was the food from the kitchen.
Our room appeared as it had not been touched since the 70's. The sofa bed mattress was stained underneath and on top, there was a huge crack in the toilet tank cover, the toilet paper holders were coming out of the wall and were barely being held by the wallpaper, and there was no cover to the ironing board. For the amount of money being charged at this hotel, my family and I were very dissatisfied and will not be staying at this hotel again. Plenty of cheaper and updated hotels to stay in on my next stay to Houston.

Great location, Great staff! Apple at the front desk was amazing! I stayed at plenty hiltons brands (embassysuites) but this was my first time staying with the swans at Both locations (austin and houston).
I booked a 1 king bed but they didn't have it when I got there.
Convenient to Shops and restaurants near the Galleria.

The water in the shower was not hot, it was below Luke warm. Called the front desk and notified them. The technician came to repair it. It was a bad experience to have the shower with cold water.
