Nice stay; great staff. The only problem was the door didn’t shut fully when we left. So, it was inadvertently left open. When I told the front desk the door didn’t close all the way, he said that was supposed to happen. That’s fine - I understood the reasoning but people need to be told ahead of time that the doors must be pulled tightly to close. (I’ve never had to be so deliberate in any other hotel.)

Broken Elevator

I wanted to love this hotel as it’s very near a site I work at frequently. I was bummed that after the first day, the elevator (going down) was out of commission. I was on the 4th floor which means I had to go down 8 flights of stairs every time I left my room. The room was well equipped and clean. No complaints there. Only 8 quarters were available to exchange for cash to do laundry. I ended up walking to a gas station to get the rest. Staff was kind. They told me multiple days that the elevator repair guy would be on site “today” but that never happened. It’s unclear if that failure falls on the hotel or on the repair tech. I work on electrical systems for a living and offered to look at the button that was having issues but that was turned down (understandable). Overall the elevator issue was a bummer but the hotel was nice enough.
