Nice hotel, near a lot of food choices. Room was clean. Front desk attendant was nice, gym was open and had nice equipment.

It was a busy time at the hotel the time i was there due to the hurricane laura that hit texas and Louisiana they were booked. But it was very well organized and super nice. Any issues or rather inquiries they responded well and made sure we was satisfied. The staff never seemed bothered by anyones questions or concerned. Very approachable. The room was nice during the covid its pretty much your responsibility to help keep the room clean and request clean towels etc. the pool was well organized due to the covid restrictions. We went to visit a family member so we didn't stay much during the day but i would definitely recommend and return my stay at this hotel.

In the middle of a pandemic you would think this hotel would take proper precautions to ensure guests are safe and protected from covid as much as they can. Not my experience. Upon my arrival, the door to my room was dirty. It was the outside so I proceeded to enter and inspected the kitchen and living room space with my husband. The A/C went out at our house so after a long tiring day in the heat, I was exhausted and really looking forward to a shower and a good night's rest. I used the bathroom and to my surprise the toilet didn't flush. This one had a trick to it. I had to hold it down and jiggle the handle . Ummm, jeez. Okay. I turned on the vanity light to wash my hands and half the lights wouldn't come on. Dang, I guess housekeeping didn't notice half the mirror wasn't lighting up. I went ahead hopped in the shower & was mortified when I turned around to see someone else's HAIR against the shower wall. Gross! I got out the shower to call and notify the front desk and on my way to the phone I noticed there was toothpaste smeared on the the wall! Was this room even sanitized?! The only reason we were even at a hotel during covid was because it was literally 90 degrees in our house. I have a complete lack of trust in the hotel industry and THIS is the reason many are uncomfortable traveling during a pandemic! I called the front desk attendant and she was very apologetic. She DOWNGRADED me from my KING SUITE to a REGULAR KING ROOM but I was still charged full price!

I did like the fact, social distancing was in effect, the staff was pleasant and the pool was accessible. I didn't like the rooms not being cleaned daily.

Our room was very clean very cold and well organized. The staff was very friendly knowledgable and professional. The rates for our room was outstanding. I cannot wait until i am able to return for another visit.

Due to cooler temperatures; a semi enclosed smoking area, pool, and hot tub would have been awesome!

The hotel front staff is friendly and efficient . The property is nice . The walls in the rooms need to be cleaned .

Only negative is that they don’t have any access to drinking water (in lobby or a drinking fountain). Very clean and comfortable rooms.

I stayed in the suite at this hotel for a week while I did some training classes at OMI about a mile away. The commute there was very easy. The staff was excellent and helped me with many things. My wife and 18 month old child stayed with me most of the week. We all enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel room was clean and nicely set up.

Excellent hotel. This is my fourth time staying here. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. One block off I-10 means no highway noise. Staff is courteous and helpful. Includes free breakfast - not fancy, but adequate. Nicest hotel I've found in the area (west houston I-10 corridor).
