Great location within walking distance to the Galleria mall, shopping, and dining. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was affordable and good.
Convenient location, very clean room and public spaces, great hot breakfast (for extra fee). Rooms could be noisy, and have very poor sound insulation. We could clearly hear conversations of guests in adjoining room, and they were not speaking in loud voices. We heard other guests complaining in the lobby to staff about how noisy the rooms were.
They charged guests twenty dollars a day for parking. Terrible idea!

I was in a sprinter van , no parking available, would not fit thru garage... my fault should have asked it parking was available for larger vehicles
This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It is in a quiet little area just a block or so off busy Richmond Ave. It was close to everything I needed to attend, and was marvelously comfortable, clean, attractive and quiet. I’d been traveling for over a week and this was by far my best night’s rest in the entire trip. It appears to be a very new property and everything was in tip-top shape, the staff was friendly and very proficient at their jobs. Breakfast was way above my expectations! I wish every hotel stay could be this pleasant.
The front desk looks horrible, when I asked for toothbrush and toothpaste, she said they run out of toothpaste and their toothbrush is very cheap. Very disappointed
I used to stay in that hotel but right now it’s under renovation. Paying 230 USD for a room having hot water issues in the bathroom and the tv area which looks non finished is a bit of a rip off

yes sir we do. all Hilton within this area charge guests for parking be it self parking or valet. We do appreciate you choosing to with us.
