One block away from the Galleria (Hidalgo St entrance). Large garage. Better to prepay parking and breakfast, as paying in site is way more expensive.

What was on orbitz was not up to date according to the staff, rollaway bed weren't available like it said on the web because of fire hazard. Now orbitz price was same as other website.

The mall is only a few blocks away of the mall, restaurants and is easy to get there.

The parking lot is part of the hotel but this is not included on the room cost so we need to pay extra for this, is not a lot of money but this is the kind of things that need to be part of the hotel. Is really close from the Gallery mall.

I had eye sugery and went straight to hotel afterwards. I asked the young lady at front desk if i could get several extra pillows sent to room as i had to sleep sitting up that night. They brought 4 or 5 pillows within 10 minutes of checking in. Every person at this hotel has fanatastic manners, well dressed, pleasant to talk to. Breakfast was perfect, everything fresh and served hot. I will be back here. The location is ideal for west Houston.

It was a wonderful experience. Don't think you can find a better staff or service anywhere! As this was a first trip to Houston, I was really impressed with Texas hospitality!

Great location, minutes away from the Houston Galleria. For the price that I paid, it did not meet my expectations, especially for a Hilton quality hotel.

I regularly stay at this hotel. Great Breakfast, location 2 blocks from the Galleria, and stuttle service to my corporate office within reason.

Loved the free fresh baked cookies in the lobby each evening.

This was a great place to stay. Just 2 blocks away from the galleria and easy to get to. Great parking garage and the rooms were the best.

our 1st trip to Houston and the hotel was a great pick. It was not far from any of the activities we had planned and we weren't on the road the whole trip. The rooms were nece. It had a mini frige and microwave that came in handy for snacks.

ok

Excellent location, 1 block from the mall and other great restaurants! Nice neat clean facility. Check in and check out was a breeze. Their cafe/restaurant was not good at all. We ate their for dinner upon arrival from a long day of travel and was thoroughly dissapointed. The breakfast buffet was so much better and that's the only meal I would recommend from the hotel. Free internet and business center was a real plus - no hidden fees for that. very pleasant environment, plenty of free parking. I would stay there again. Overall a great stay!

Good beds, however they didn't change the sheets during my 4 night stay, friendly front desk staff, good value restaurant and food

The hotel was great, close to the galleria shopping center and Lakewood Church. We went to both of them and had a great time.

great hotel

Great quick check in. Close to the event which we were attending. The room was great. Loved the zip out check out. Can't wait to stay again.

Exactly want I expected. Nice people, clean rooms and well located

I was very impressed. Good service and good location. Would stay there again.
