The staff is ghetto and unfriendly and unprofessional. They were out of everything and my room have a leaking toilet and couldn’t even get a hold of maintenance person to come fix the toilet ! Never again will stay there !

We stayed on the ground floor so it is very convenient. They could have served more varieties of foods that are freshly cooked for breakfast
Chris was great! Only one ice machine first floor and was broken. Hot tub broke then swimming pool. Beds pretty good. Bathroom old mildew.

Convenient location. A/C worked good and no rattling. Everything else was just ok. Towels were dingy and rough.

The first room we got had a broken ac. They moved us to another room and the ac stopped working in the middle of the night. Won't be staying there again.
I didn’t like that there were fingerprints everywhere around the bathroom sink and the main door to the room. You could tell they didn’t wipe good. Also the trash cans didn’t have bags in them and that is just gross. Bathtub had pink mold around here and there. I wouldn’t stay there agian.

Nice hotel in a nice location. Lots of restaurants in nearby area. Pool water was way too cold to even consider getting in but the hot tub was nice.
The room was nothing like what i saw online. There was no micro wave or refrigator in the room. We order a room with a king size bed, we had to single beds and the service was very poor. I'll never stay there again.
Hotel was very clean, and had quick check-in. Breakfast was good (better than the 'choice hotels' branded properties I have stayed in). Close proximity to the Westchase business district was my main reason for staying and I would stay here again if I need to visit this area. Not close to any tourist things if you are looking for that however.
