We have a great stay in this hotel for 3 nights. They offered hot breakfast and light dinner i.e hotdogs, pasta, chilli etc. so we ate big lunch out and eat light dinner at the hotel. there is a refrigerator and microwave in the room which is nice though we didn't have to use the microwave at all. My only complaints is the cleanliness of the room. We found lots of hair strand in the sink and bathroom area at check in so if that was not swept, how can we tell if the carpet was vacuumed. Skipped housekeeping the next day but allowed housekeeping the 3rd day, our bed was made but the hair strands in the bathroom and sink area were still there! Despite this, I'll stay there again but next time have to approach housekeeping if it happens again

Why do people build hotels right next to major highways? Fortunately, I remembered to bring earplugs. The bathroom was off the entrance vs. being connected to the bedroom. This meant my wife didn't wake me up when she got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. I assume that there isn't a service elevator because one of the maids got onto the elevator with a large cart. That was not a good design. The "free food" at night was decent, but the breakfast the next morning was very good. The fresh popcorn available when we arrived was a welcome touch.

We love this hotel for its great value rates and mucho bonuses! Drury Inn is easy access to downtown as well as the Galleria Shopping Mall & Water Wall. The manager and staff is among the most friendly and attentive to guest comfort we have ever experienced in our travels. We had a wonderful stay! They came through for us in a big way as we returned hurriedly from an Astros game so that we could dress for a 8 PM Saturday Wicked show at the Hobby Center. We were able to have our pre-show meal, complete with two glasses of wine,( one complimentary glass each for each adult over 21), only to arrive at our show just in time with our bellies content. This really made our visit to Houston a great success! We would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future when visiting Houston.

I was only there for one night. I flew in late and left early. I did not have much interaction with the staff except at breakfast. There were two women there that seemed friendly. The location is nice because it is the galleria area. The cost is associated with that location. The room was comfortable and nice but had that same room been in a small town it would be way cheaper.... Point being no room is worth 200 bucks a night unless it has some extreme amenities.

The hotel is in a very good location in Houston, just in 610 belt freeway, very near downtown. They offer a very good breakfast for free, and they even serve you waffles without you having to line in the waffles machine to make them. They have free drinks and even free popcorn during the afternoon. The pool area is great since half the pool is indoors (not at a perfect temperature in cold days, because the pool is half outdoors and half indoors, but was good to use in early November), and the hot spa is very relaxing. The room is clean and nice, the wifi works pretty well without needing a password, and the staff is ready to help.

I will be staying here again the next time I visit Houston. Loved that breakfast and even dinner and drinks were included. The indoor/outdoor pool is always fun. And, the hot tub was great after walking all around the city and through the nearby park.

we stay there all the time. Clean, good location, internet and free breakfast.

This was a very nice hotel. Conviently located to galleria

. Breakfast was fabulous, loved the round the clock soft drinks and popcorn. The staff was so nice and helpful. We booked 5 rooms for my nephews wedding and every room was clean and comfortable and an outstanding value for the price.

The Drury Inn is very adequate for this area near the Galleria in Houston. You are not over-priced, but you do not have the amenities either; e.g. the shower has dispensers for soap, shampoo & conditioner instead of individual sealed bottles. I used the hand soap from the sink to shower with. Bed was OK for comfort, room size was cramped. Hotel was quiet to be so close to the interstate. Breakfast was great: hot scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage patties, pastries, etc. Eating area also had free fountain drink dispenser and popcorn in the evening. Nice touch, not to have to pay $2.00 at the drink machine. Overall very satisfied--you get what you pay for here. I will return for next meeting.

Friendly staff and wonderful food amenities. Nice place to stay.

I think the Drury Inn needs a new name because automatically, one thinks of the word--dreary. I honestly wanted better bathroom supplies that were more fancy. I liked the furniture in the lobby. I liked the buffet breakfast all right. The manager who cooked the waffles was really nice and so was the attendant at reception. I wanted nicer soaps and shampoos and the rooms to have a more modern feel. I think the gym could be bigger. For what they charge, I would like a nicer gym. My boyfriend made me stay there because he loves breakfast buffets.

Check in smooth and efficient. The 5:30 get a way and morning breakfast were a pleasant surprise.

The hotel was as advertise and we enjoyed our stay. Would use them again if in town.

Very clean, up-to-date facility. One of the few hotels near the Galleria with free parking. Staff was universally helpful. Breakfast was nicer than most at this price point (still not exactly gourmet). I would definitely recommend to friends and stay again.

Our stay was quite nice. We took advantage of the breakfast buffet, and were back there at 5:30 for free drinks, chili, mac and cheese and baked potato they serve until 7. So, if you like to eat a lot, this is a great place. More importantly, the staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. They actually made our stay better. The room is standard hotel fare. The only thing I would like to have had was a room safe. Aslo, although the wifi is free, it didn't reach our room adequately. We had to go to the lobby to use it. All in all, a good experience.

Very friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms. Breakfast was great.

some what inconvenient due to hotel being completly renivated but otherwise complety satisfied. Manager and staff were "terrific"!

Very convenient location - right off San Felipe. Full breakfast.

Room was clean, but the toilet and the shower were both broke, and the room was noisy. Otherwise the breakfast and the cocktails were great! Definitely worth the money.
