Stayed here to crash after our concert at House of Blues. So glad we chose this spot. Easy to get in, get out and uber fees were reasonable all-around downtown/Montrose area. Bathroom was clean and shower was great. Recommend to anyone needing a place to stay near downtown.

Beautiful neighborhood! We felt safe the entire time. The room was very clean and snacks/water was provided. It was 10 minutes from the House of Blues and close to a lot of other things. Jesus was a great host and communicated quickly with answers to my questions. Parking was free and right next to our room. The bed was firm but comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again in the future!

This apartment is exactly what I needed for my trip! It was the perfect size for me and even had a desk, which allowed me to work from there. The only thing is that I could hear noise coming from the neighbor upstairs including late at night one night, but thankfully it didn’t affect my sleep. Otherwise, it was great! The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The location was also very central. I’d definitely stay here again 👌

The bungalow was optimally located to my needs: restaurant's, entertainment, access to highways, grocery, etc. the kitchen had everything I needed, although a cutting board would have been ideal rather than the back of a plate. I wanted for nothing. Parking was covered which is essential in Houston; parking was directly below the bungalow with ease of access- in fact, I heard a car alarm go off at 0230 and was standing in front of my car at 0232 - it was not my car alarm! It really was more than I expected!
