Room was super nice with comfy beds. Bathroom was clean and roomy! The bar with decent wine, beer and cocktails along with hot food items and a Starbucks, little market where you can charge items to your room was so convenient that we never left the hotel! Super sweet staff. And location is really convenient - close to highways, restaurants, and central Houston. Great lobby area and pool area were quite swanky!

Very nice motel. A little high to stay in but it was a last minute booking.

Toilet didn't flush, three channels on the TV. After promises from front desk to fix, no follow-up. Very disappointed given most Courtyards are much more polished.

Didn't like the room not having a fridge. Everything else was fine.

We stayed here for one night while going to a baseball game. We had a minor problem with the hot tub not working but the manager arranged for us to use the hot tub of another location and was very kind about it. The room was great and the staff at the front desk was very nice. Even though it is not included with the price of the room the breakfast at the bistro is delicious!! Well worth the little extra money it would cost opposed to a drive thru. We would definitely stay here again!

I know this is a little thing but the hot tub was broken and stank quite a bit even while sitting around the pool. I always book and stay at hotels that have hottubs because of medicinal reasons regarding to my shoulder and neck problems.

It worked well for a business trip and I was pleased with the service I have come to associate with marriott. Clean, comfortable, convenient and functional. Good location too.

We were in town for the Texas Bowl. The hotel was great with a perfect location for a quick drive to the stadium. Only disappointment was No Free breakfast.

Very clean and friendly. Very close to medical center.

Bathroom was very uncomfortable to shower in it was so dirty. I got put in a handicapped room with a walk in shower, which is fine. But, the shower was broken and didnt have an adapter to hold the shower head up. It was very hard to take a shower. Pretty annoying. I told the front desk after my first night. Upon returning to the hotel after working all day they had installed the adapter but it was not installed correctly and, still didnt hold up the shower head. Just annoying and lazy.

Came to Texas for surgery. First time ever in Texas, staff was outstanding. Made great recommendations for food and very courteous.

Very good. Satisfied with all facets of my stay. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

very friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff to even greet you as you enter. A perfect location to serve the purpose of my stay in Houston. updated and clean with all amenities my only recommendation would be the placement of the furniture in the room. the TV is to the side of the bed rather than in front of it. But the room has everything one needs and is clean. attractive counter top for the sink which is placed outside the bath (always better!) I was very impressed with the updated/modern lobby. So much newer and attractive than others. A more desirable place for breakfast / and or happy hour/bar. I will be back.

This is an excellent place to stay in Houston, central to Rice University area, great restaurants and one block off SW Freeway (59) and the freeway system. Ray was extremely friendly and helpful, as was the rest of the staff. The bed was very comfortable. We will stay here again!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and the room was spotless. Located two blocks from Highway 59.

There was no free breakfast but they did have a nice Bistro downstairs with decent food that you could BUY. My daughter enjoyed the personal TV's they had in the booths. The curtains were thick so they blocked out all of the sunlight (which is very important to me). The reaso I chose this hotel in the first place was because it was one of the few hotels downttown that didnt require payment for parking. All in all it was quiet, in the perfect location, and clean.

The Marriott hotel on Westpark in Houston was pleasant and clean. It had a cafe with Starbucks coffee. My Marriott Gold Membership did not apply to stays booked via [...], so we had to pay for breakfast. There was a coin washer-dryer with a sign that free detergent was available at the desk. The desk was out of detergent during our ten-day stay. The receptionist was very upbeat and helpful.

Staff at hotel were super friendly and helpful. Accomodations were great. Overall I was extremely satisfied.

When I first arrived into the lobby there was the strong smell of urine. I thought okay that's weird but let me check-in. I got into my room and it smelled like cats as well as mildew. I called the front desk and was moved to another room. This room also had a faint odor of mildew as well as pets. I stayed for one night instead of three after I woke up and the smell seemed to have gotten stronger so I decided to make this my first and last night with the Marriott. Now I see why this hotel was so cheap.

The hotel was conveniently located for all my business meetings and engagements. The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable and well equiped for the business traveler. I would definitely go back again.
