Room was really big but bathroom felt like crampy. Room and hotel were clean and immaculate. Hotel is good for 1-2 day stay only as there is no restaurant but food delivery apps work. Eias was great and polite helped us in every way. Thanks again.

Very easy to find. Lots of space for parking. Big Sainsbury’s Local literally opposite the hotel. Bus stop is 2 min walk. Bus to Gatwick is 6 mins (subject to traffic) - it takes longer to navigate the terminals. Customer service / front desk is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble - my case was carried from my car to my room, which was a lovely gesture. Was helped with bus timetables and was asked every day if everything was ok with the room or if I needed anything. Room was big, it was great having a sofa to sit on rather than the bed. Hot water every time I had a shower, plenty of toilet rolls in the bathroom and lovely white towels. Tea and coffee is generous and it was great having a mini fridge in the room. Will definitely stay again!

I'm in the area quite a lot for work and normally stay in the big brands, however last night I chanced my luck with LGI. After a horror story nearby a couple of weeks ago I was slightly hesitant, but shouldn't have been! The new owners know that the fabric of the hotel is dated and make no effort to deny it, instead being up front that they have a list of work to do, and the price reflects this. The hotel, including my room, was spotlessly clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and they're making the best of what they have available until their upgrades. It might not be flashy, but everything works, it's warm, it's cosy, it's comfortable, it's safe, the shower was excellent, there's plenty of free parking, there's a garage directly opposite, there's real radiators to dry your wet clothes on, there's windows that open, there's thick curtains that actually cover the windows, there's bottled water in the room, and best of all, it's the best customer service I've experienced for a very long time. I'll definitely be staying here again and have already reccommended them to colleagues. Also, if you're travelling, it's a 5 minute drive from the airport and not under the flight path!

Sure! Here's a concise and polite review you can use: --- The place itself is lovely and the receptionist was great – very friendly and accommodating. The bath was nice and big, which was a plus, but some of the facilities felt a bit outdated and the bathroom had some mould, likely due to how cold it was inside. Unfortunately, the fridge was so cold it ended up freezing most of our groceries. Overall a pleasant stay, but the cold did affect the experience. If you have a car, then you can get to places quite easily too

If you are staying here for one night, you will be fine! There is a bus that takes you to the airport so you don't have to waste a billion quid on a cab. There is a gas station with snacks and convenience items across the street. It is a convenient place to sleep if you have an early flight out of Gatwick, and the hotel manager is quite a cool dude.

Had a great stay at Gatwick Inn Hotel! Check-in was quick and easy, and I was really impressed by Eias at reception. He was super helpful with my (very big!) bags, gave me great recommendations for restaurants in the area, and genuinely went the extra mile to make me feel welcome. He even refused a tip, which says a lot about how seriously he takes good service. Really appreciated the warm and friendly experience — would definitely recommend staying here. P/s; my room was really clean , spacious and tidy !

A good over nighter, bus stops are close by, and not far from the airport. Staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are on the larger side and the bathrooms are well furnished.
