Absolutely phenomenal. I can’t believe this was about half the cost of a traditional 2 bedroom hotel in the same area being literally one block from the beach. Such a cozy condo with pretty much everything you need to “live” here during your stay. Highly recommended!

The condo was centrally located, very clean and very cozy. The onsite parking was wonderful. The condo had all of the beach accessories that you may need chairs, umbrellas, floaties, sunscreen, and snorkel gear. With the beach just over a block away it is super easy trucking your need beach items with you.We didn’t need to use the air conditioner at all the whole week as the weather was very breezy. We simply left the windows open. All the cooking utensils you need are provided if you feel like cooking. The cafe in the lobby had an amazing selection food, coffee and drinks. There is a small little food truck type spot just 2 blocks over that had tasty food and desserts. The Diamond head market and grill has the best locomoco on the island and they had have a phenomenal selection of bakery items like cakes, bread, cookies, and salad items. We had a wonderful sunset cruise with Pink Sails that just as entertaining as it was relaxing.I would definitely rent this place again even though I’m sure the price will steeply increase once the pool renovation is complete.

We stayed in the Plumeria suite for 5 nights. The unit was just as pictured. The unit was so well stocked with everything we needed and the location was great for pretty much everything we wanted to do. There are so many great restaurants in the area (walking distance). We really loved Hula Grill and the Poke Bar (on the corner). You could see the Friday night fireworks from the beach which was a short one block walk from the unit. If I had to pick a downside to the unit (and there really wasn't a bad thing about it) is that it is a little tight for a family of four, but we have a very tall teen son and an adult daughter who is disabled so finding room for our luggage and her wheelchair was a challenge. Again, part of the challenge for storage was that there are so many useful things in the condo. Overall, the management company was a dream to work with. They kept us informed of any changes with the building and all instructions were very clear. The condo is clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need and the view from the balcony was beautiful. This place is such a find for a great price. I would absolutely love to stay again!!!

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our two teenage sons. The unit was in a great location with a quick walk to the beach and all the shops and eateries in downtown Waikiki. There was a nice view of the beach/water from our lanai. The unit was also stocked with snorkeling gear, boogie boards and beach items that we could use which made it even more enjoyable. The free parking was a bonus too - very hard to get in Waikiki - although if you have a big vehicle it might be challenging as the spots are tight. Overall, would highly recommend.

Well equipped, close to the beach and other activities. Elevators were busy but fast. Parking stalls are tight so recommend smaller cars. T.V.was a little hard to figure out if you are not technically inclined. We did not use the TV much. There was too much else to do. The space was small but and well laid out. Convenient Location, but Noise and Elevator Issues Diminish the Experience
Our stay at this property had its highlights: the location was convenient, and the amenities were as described. Haller’s Coastal Homes was responsive to two initial issues. The first was a slow-draining bathtub upon arrival, which they addressed promptly by sending a plumber the next day. The second was a scheduled water and drainage shutoff, for which we were notified only the afternoon prior. While the short notice was very inconvenient, Haller’s Coastal Homes worked with the property owner to secure us a partial refund for that day, which we appreciated.
However, a significant issue was the persistent construction noise that disrupted the otherwise peaceful environment. I personally visited the 29th floor, identified the source, and confirmed with the security office that construction was taking place. When I reported this to Haller’s Coastal Homes, they denied any construction activity despite my firsthand observations and video recordings of the noise, which I sent via email. This lack of acknowledgment and resolution left me feeling unsupported.
The property emphasizes a "Good Neighbor Policy," which I value, but the management's denial of the noise issue diminished our experience.
While the property has many positives, including its location and amenities, it is quite dated. As noted in other reviews, the elevators remain an issue, with wait times reaching up to 20 minutes during our stay. I recommend potential guests inquire in advance about possible disturbances.

Perfect location in Waikiki
This condo was an amazing find. It was not only more cost effective than other lodging in the area, but the size of the space was far more accommodating, as we were a party of three. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the sunrise / sunset views from the lanai were incredible. All of Waikiki’s offerings are comfortable, short walking distance away (including the beach of course.) To make it even better, the included parking (which is a rarity) was super convenient!! I really hope to stay here again in the future!

Everything about the stay was excellent. The room, the parking situation, location etc.was great. The only irritating, frustrating issue was the elevators. Whatever is going on with this issue, where people are having to wait for 15 mins @ times for an elevator has to be corrected. If the elevators were fully funtional & efficient, this place would be perfect
