I liked the access to all the restaurants and shopping.But what I did not like is.The condition of the hotel could be improved considering the price that you pay also was inconvenient that it did not have a microwave in the room and it was loud at night outside

Outrigger was very nice to stay in. However it seemed as though only two elevators were working and it was indeed a hassle. Sometimes it would take up to 20 minutes just to get on an elevator to get to your floor. You would think that they would make that a priority considering the price you have to pay to stay there. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

Great location, right on the beach. The "Club" area for breakfast and happy hour had nice views, friendly staff, and ok food. The room was clean, but in need of updating/repairs. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Started in a room that had a few issues. Requested a room move. Guest services provided a generous upgrade (for a very reduced rate) to a very lovely beachfront and Diamond Head view suite. Very friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping staff especially, with warm greetings. Elevator system is horrible. Understand the concept but have seen better systems. I’m sure it will be addressed in the upcoming upgrades. Hotel entry area too congested and narrow. Need better signage on where to check in. All in all, a wonderful stay. Looking forward to seeing the updates! Mahalo!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay! Fantastic experience from start to finish! The room was spotless and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers plenty of dining options. Perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants and bars—highly recommend!
