We just got back from a two-week, end of August, stay at Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort and it was a perfect vacation. From checking in to checking out the whole staff and crew were just great. Any concerns or issues - flight being altered 8 hours later than original time and the Guest Services staff gave me all of the options we had to not have to lug around 6 pieces of luggage for hours or sit at an airport for 8 hours, was a ton of stress removed from me so fast. The room had a perfect view and there was nothing at all that we would change with our stay there. Wendy, our room attendant was so sweet and always made sure we had anything we needed and greeted us every day with the brightest and happiest smile by name. We would come back over and over to the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort

The property itself is well centered with stores, entertainment and activities like the zoo and aquarium. The hotel is next to the beach on the backend and stores into Main Street up front. It does get noisy at night with live music from restaurant and Main Street, we were on 4th floor and we could hear it up until around midnight but not overly bad where it was a major issue

We were treated exceptionally special by a customer service representative whose name starts with Malama something. Sorry, I forgot her name but she’s a very sweet, kind and happy grandma who talks about his big family and grandchildren. She gave us a room that’s overlooking the ocean view and she also gave us tips and recommendations. The accommodation and staff are amazing. I will surely come back and recommend this place to my family and friends. Thanks Outrigger for making our holiday in Hawaii memorable.

The bathroom needs to be upgraded-shower stalls needed. The middle thicker sheet/comforter had dried blood stains. I’m not sure how often that gets changed since it’s sandwiched between the two sheets. The restaurant in the lobby-the service is excellent & the food is delicious even though the menu could have been a little more extensive. However, the service in the restaurant located in the lower lobby was very bad. The sofa in the room is old & ugly. Lastly, your service charges are ridiculous. I believe your guests should not be made to pay for the beach chairs & umbrellas.

Upgrade this property! What a dump! I had not been here in 15 years, it looks run down. The only good thing is the washer/dryer! Why so many Jewlery stores? Bring high end fashion along with existing abc store. No toiletry, no pen, paper, envelope. Staff is very friendly. Housekeeping are kind and hard workers. Bring back business center. Attract the wealthy business professions! Offer shows varieties, bring dry bar/spa/salon/nail shop. People want to spend money but there is no options!

Across the street from the international marketplace, Cheesecake Factory on the corner. Location is great! Food/lunch and Sunday breakfast at Dukes was terrible. Coffee shop in hotel is terrible. Recommend eating offsite.

Good everything inside but outside the security was bad I was waiting for my uber driver and I was attacked by a homeless guy that screamed and yelled to my 4 years old!
