Service is good. Every one is nice. Room is comfortable. Club partial ocean view room is as described. Club rooms have their dedicated elevator. Pool is small,pool deck is crowded. Club room breakfast and afternoon snack are so so. Not really worth it.

I really loved this property. The staff was amazing super friendly. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. The only downside was I did not know there was a 50.00 per day resort fee also you can only valet park at 60.00 dollars a day. So kind of add a bit of expense to our trip. The valet staff was super fast and never had longer tan a 10 minute wait for the car

Best location at Waikiki......the ocean front rooms have the best view of Waikiki and the V 47 room with live music below at Dukes is the best Hawaiian atmosphere at Waikiki.

Amazing property overall, the value is amazing. The only thing holding back from 5 stars is sound isolation- we heard quite a few doors slam/bang during our stay that startled us - but other than that stay was immaculate

Very nice hotel on the beach. Excellent service and friendly staff. Wonderful atmosphere and food at Duke’s. Pricey beach umbrella and chair rentals, but the International Marketplace is just across the street with most everything you need.

Great place to stay in Oahu

The hotel is on the beach and convenient to all of the attractions and restaurants in Waikiki. Room was good but the bathroom was quite tight. Bed was also a bit hard for our liking. Room otherwise was clean, had a nice view with a balcony. Amenities were great with restaurants on site, including the famous Duke’s. We had breakfast in Dukes every morning as it was included in the room rate. The buffet was very nice with all you could ask for and kept fresh. There was a nice pool although a bit tight seating. However, the beach is right outside the pool and restaurant.

Excellent location right on beach. Hula Grill -delicious with beach front dinning. Street view room a bit loud but after a full day of Aloha didn’t mind. Great stay.
