About this property

Oceanview Home Steps to the Beach (Car Available)

🌺 Aloha! Welcome to our happy place! 🌺

🌊 Newly Remodeled Coastal Retreat, with Floor-to-Ceiling Ocean View 🌊

Welcome to our beach house, where every detail has been thoughtfully designed by a professional interior designer to create a serene, luxurious escape.

Everything inside is brand new - from the warm wood floors and high-end appliances to the stylish furniture and fixtures. And the best part? A wall of floor-to-ceiling windows offers an uninterrupted, breathtaking view of the ocean. You’ll have front-row seats to surfers riding the waves, whales passing by, and sunsets that fill the sky with color.

This is more than a place to stay; it’s a peaceful retreat where luxury meets beachy comfort - a paradise for relaxation and making memories by the sea.

🏝️ Central Location 🏝️

The location is right on Waikiki Beach. You are within minutes of walking distance to almost everything - beaches, restaurants, bars, surfing lessons, boat tours, grocery stores, shopping malls, and more.

Additionally, our building offers fantastic convenience, with an array of coffee shops, ice cream stores, and restaurants right on-site for easy access to great food and treats any time of day.

🛌 Sleeping Arrangement 🛌

1 King bed & 1 Sofa Bed (linens are provided for all beds)

🚙 Car & Parking 🚙

We have a brand new Toyota SUV for rent through Turo. It is around $100 per day, and it comes with free parking inside the building. You can book it using the following link. Insurance options, pick-up and drop-off instructions will be provided when you check out.

https://turo.com/us/en/host/18108984

Renting my car is entirely optional - you can rent a car at any other car rental place. Parking inside our building is valet parking only and $45 per day. You can find the valet workers by the building entrance.

Unfortunately, almost every building in Waikiki charges around $30-$50 per day for parking. Sorry that our building doesn't assign parking spots to owners, otherwise we would have offered parking for free. We are able to offer free parking for our car because we bought a long-term parking spot from the building.

🔒 Self Check-in 🔒

You can self check-in through a code to our smart lock.

2 days before your check-in date, we will send you detailed instructions about check-in.

We enjoyed our stay in this modern and clean condo. The space was nicely maintained and had a lot of great features. The view was a little different from what we had expected based on the listing photos, but overall, the condo was nice. One thing that would have improved our stay was having a properly functioning air conditioner. The indoor unit turned on, but the condenser on the lanai never seemed to turn on, so the air never cooled. It just blew warm recirculated air. We also appreciated having a coffee maker available, though it would have been helpful to have coffee filters provided or a note letting guests know to bring their own.Overall, we enjoyed our stay. If the air had been functioning properly, it would have been a 5 star stay. Thank you for hosting us!

The AC unit in the room was way too small for the size of the unit…it was always warm in the room. We couldn’t really relax in the room because of this. The elevators were always full and sometimes some of the elevators were down…it made very hard to get up/down from the 14th floor…we had to take the stairs several times. The pools were not very clean, so we didn’t feel comfortable swimming in them. We also had a couple times where we had to ask the staff questions, and they were not very helpful…overall stay was not enjoyable or relaxing.

The location is perfect for walking to EVERYTHING in the Waikiki area. I would recommend the trolly for the area if walking is too much as you can hop on and off the trolly at different stops. The view was perfect to see the ocean front, the marina, and the Friday night fireworks. The AC in room blows directly on/over the bed and does eventually cool the entire room down, I would recommend closing the curtains when the sun comes around to help keep the room cooler when you are there. We were only in the room for sleeping and some down time before bed, so the AC was not super important to us. I am only mentioning this as a previous review was not happy about the AC.There was ton of communication from the host through out the trip. They would check in and send reminders. The check-in process could not be any easier! This was probably the easiest check-in I have ever had. Plenty of things to do in the building and you can even speak with the activities person in the lobby if you want to book things. Everyone was super friendly to us and we had an excellent time. We would stay here again if we come back to this area.
