Aloha! This 550 sq ft 11th floor 1 bedroom in Waikiki Banyan is a relaxed, contemporary space designed to create special memories in a stylish, comfortable environment. With a city and mountain view from the lanai, this fully updated, air conditioned property is just 950 feet to Kuhio beach , and there are no hidden resort fees and FREE parking! This condo is perfect for couples, small families, or anyone looking for a great base to explore the island.

The space
We were inspired to create this updated retreat in order to share a vibrant, inviting space that offers style and comfort. What initially made us fall in love with this 550 sq ft condo was the location! Just a short distance from Waikiki Beach, it is tucked away in an amazing, quiet corner of Waikiki. Close to Kuhio beach, Kapiolani Park, and all that Waikiki offers in short walking distance! Recreational activities, beaches, world-renowned golf resorts, cultural landmarks, shopping and restaurants are all within easy reach.

Living/Dining:
The living room features a comfortable couch, a counter height dining table featuring 4 chairs, and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your time away!
Living room – Features 1 full size convertible Sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 children

Lanai:
The mountain view lanai offers seating for 2 – it’s perfect spot to end (or begin!) the day.

Bedroom:
The bedroom features a brand new king size memory foam bed and eclectic accents with a mixture of comfy pillows and crisp white linens. We also offer a comfortable, brand new full size fold out sofa bed in the living room for extra convenience.

Kitchen:
The space is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, and everything you need for a night in. In addition, the complex features pay per use grills and picnic table that are available for your use.

Entertainment and Extras:
A 65” Flatscreen HDTV located in the living room features premium cable. We also provide free wifi, and a marshall blue tooth speaker. In addition, there are two beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella and beach towels for your use.

EXTRAS:
Please note that the 6th floor amenities deck including pool, jacuzzi etc is closed for construction until early 2026. There is no guest access.
Bathroom:
The home features a full bathroom with a tub. We provide fresh towels and a starter pack of necessities that include shampoo, soap and conditioner to make sure you set off on the right foot.

NO RESORT OR PARKING FEES!
The resort also features free, unassigned parking, and there are no added resort fees!
Guest access
Guests have unlimited private access to the entire condo during their stay, as well as access to communal areas within the complex.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Great Unit fully renovated

My family and I stayed here for 10 days this is our 3rd time staying at the Waikiki Banyon. We love the location and this unit was spotless, it’s fully renovated and it has everything you need. The owners communicate well and made sure we had everything we needed for our trip. We would stay her again we highly recommend this place.

Enjoyed our stay in this condo

We really enjoyed our February 2023 stay in Don and Nandi's condo in Waikiki. The condo has been tastefully updated with a modern style. The kitchen has what you need to cook meals and for families with kids, this is a must-have. Eating out can be expensive and time consuming and you just want a home cooked meal sometimes, even on vacation. They provide all cookware, utensils, kitchen appliances, etc. The unit itself is clean and the furniture is practically brand-new. It includes lots of beach equipment including chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and towels. It's next to a laundry room which was convenient. The building common areas are outdated, but once you're in the condo unit, it's like a modern hotel room. Probably one of the best features is the location of the unit, it's about 2 blocks away from the beach and shopping. We walked the beach every day and just enjoyed being so close to the beach and restaurants. The unit is quiet and you rarely hear any neighbors unlike a hotel room. The hosts were super responsive and helpful to answer any questions or concerns we had. They would respond within minutes. They provided super detailed check in and out instructions and everything worked as described. This unit also includes a parking pass which is great if you're renting a car on the island. Some units and hotels charge as much as $55 per day to park your vehicle so this is a huge plus. Overall, 5/5 stars, would definitely stay here again.
