This was comfortable clean property that was perfect for my husband and me. It didn’t have beach towels and beach chairs like some condos do but that was reflected in the low price I think. We had a great time and wished we could stay longer.

Great Location and Free Parking. Be prepared for a not spotless room and having to do AC maintenance. Bedding may or may not fit the bed. Not enough racks/hooks for towels for more than 1 person. AC is loud but it does help drown out the outside noise as it is not a soundproof room. Balcony table is too large. Fine for 1 person but if a second person has to get to a chair or if you want to get to the drying rack, good luck. If you just need a place to rest, aren't a light sleeper, FREE parking in the heart of Waikiki and don't mind cleaning when you arrive and maintenance of the AC, absolutely stay here and spend your money you saved on fun stuff. If you want a spotless, quiet hotel room with maid service and 24/7 concierge, this is not the place for you. I would definitely stay here again by myself for work. Would I bring my husband? Probably not because he would not be happy about having to do a "chore" with the AC.

Centrally Located - meets basic needs
Overall, a nice stay. The property is located centrally in Waikiki close to many stores, restaurants and beaches. I would recommend with disclosures for that guest to make their own choice. Its plainly decorated, did not care for the furniture but the bed was comfortable. A/C unit very loud. Sometimes street noise is heard all hours of the night. It would be nice to have (in the unit) other towels and chairs/umbrella for the beach, as well as an umbrella as rain is likely. Theres a nice city view. The round table is too big on the balcony- a smaller rectangular seems to make more sense. The property is managed by a realty office that closes 4-5pm and could be a concern for issues that arise, and they can't help you. Finally, additional feedback. leave a key with reception for emergencies after Realty hours. Reception indicated other units leave keys.

Great Location but….
Great location. You can walk to anywhere in the immediate city. Noise level is appropriate for the city location. Air conditioning very noisy, old and filthy. I cleaned the filter and wiped out as much mold as I could. Emptied the water pan was a messy job that a frailer individual could not handle. The place was tidy but not clean and there was an over growth of mold. The furniture is also weathered and the pictures are of a newer time. The bed is comfy for a back sleeper but not a side sleeper. There is limited drawer space as quilts and towels fill the drawers. WiFi did not adequately work. So forget using WiFi. The TV channels are very limited as well. Great place to rest and explore from there!

Overall, great place to stay if you plan to be outdoors for majority of the day. Pros:Location is ideal and dedicated parking with no hassle to go in and out. Great experience walking around Waikiki. Plenty of towels in the unit. And house slippers were provided. Lanai was great to dry clothes.Cons:- Bathroom could be cleaned better, specifically the shower curtain.- City noise was very loud and had to use headphones to sleep.

We really enjoyed staying here. We wanted a kitchenette and it had everything that met our needs. The bed was comfy. Wifi worked great, as well as the air conditioning. We really appreciated the free parking because we had rented a car while we were there. Overall very satisfied.

The apartment was clean and in a very convenient location, right in the middle of Waikiki she you can walk anywhere. Getting check- in instructions were a little difficult. The building is Dates, so if you're looking for luxury, this is not the place. But overall, it was a good stay.

6-night stay at Marine surf
Over all stay is great. The small hassle was our code to the mailbox. It was not included in the email. The building manager had to call for it and we had to wait a while before we could check in. When we got our keys, it was very convenient to go in and out. Everything is walking distance including the beach and the free parking is a big plus. We would highly recommend the place. On the day that we are leaving, we cannot leave our keys and the laundry card in the mailbox because we don’t have the code so we had to wait for the building manager again and that day he came in at 9 am. We were a little late on our schedule:
Suggestion: Make sure you get the code before you check in.

The condo was just what we expected. It was a bit noisy at night due to location but we new that from past reviews. Its to be expected as you are in the heart of Waikiki. Two short blocks away from all the action and beaches. Noise died down around 10pm. We had good sleeps.

Pros: Location, parking spot, clean building, clean laundry room and facilities, good amount of towels and hand towels available, friendly managing agent who came over herself to resolve a small issue on check in.
Cons: Noisy AC and the fact you have to empty water from the bucket under it on the balcony, the balcony has too much furniture on it, a big table that cant really be used and should be removed, sliding door to balcony is extremely difficult to open, feels like its jammed on something. The tiled floor needs a deep clean, not sure if it ever gets mopped. The curtains could do with a good clean.
Overall it was an ok stay. The parking spot and location were the redeeming factors.

Great location walkable to everything and with free parking!
Nice, comfortable place to stay. Loud music from the street every night that was, for the most part, masked by the loud constant roar of the air conditioning unit. This is not necessarily a complaint, as we all know the streets are very busy. Since are not late nighters, we appreciated the noise from the A/C!
Loved the walkability to the beach, restaurants, mall, shopping (both high end and discount).
We also appreciated the disposable house slippers that were provided to assist in keeping the floors clean.
There were some very dirty, old throw pillows on the top shelf of the open closet shelves that desperately need to be discarded. Surely nobody would ever use them for anything.
Also, there were no pillow cases for the extra bed pillows that were provided for the futon sofa.
The bottom of the shower curtain was a little moldy and should be replaced.
Overall it was pretty good, and the price was great! I’m not sure I would look forward to staying there again.

Comfortable and easy access to everything
We really appreciated the location, balcony, quiet building, assigned parking, and thorough instructions. The modest kitchen had everything we needed (simple breakfast and snacks). The place was clean and bright. The AC provided white noise (it’s a bustling area), so we slept great. Great variety of restaurants, coffee shops and retail shops in the area. Easy walk to the beach via public access next to the Royal Hawaiian hotel. We would stay here again.

I have stayed in this building many times before due to the location
The unit offers the essentials which is good. Bed and pillows are comfortable.
Would suggest the property management team review their customer service as they do not answer their phone line and only respond to emails after several urgent sent. They also do not have any after hours availability for any urgent matters which is a first as many other companies do.

Nice place and a perfect spot
Nice clean unit with full kitchen. Parking situation is a total bonus.
The place is right in the middle of all the hot spots in downtown Waikiki. Will definitely repeat my stay next time I visit.
