Great. Has lots of animals in rooms. Do not stay here if allergic to dogs or cats. Every room is pet friendly. There are NO pet-free rooms. Other than that...hotel is a 3 star with a good vibe. Pool area was nice. Room was nice. Bathroom very nice. Hotel halls were dark and dingy.

The staff excellent and very accommodating. Had to extend my stay twice. They also brought the conveniences we needed (microwave and iron) to our room. Cute property. The hot water in our room took a while to get hot. The bed was not comfortable in my opinion could benefit from a mattress topper ( but it served its purpose) I would recommend staying.

This is where they excel: Friendly staff & budget-friendly in this costly state of Hawaii. This is where they're convenient: Within walking distance of main-strip of downtown Waikiki. Reasonable walk's distance from a beach. This is where they're average: This is a motel (not a hotel). This is where they have much room for improvement: Maintenance and housekeeping! While the day-to-day housekeeping services were adequate, the curtains were filthy (ie, the sheers are dirty & frayed and need to be replaced; the room-darkening curtains are stained and unkept). In addition, the glass doors in the shower are not shiny, the casing around the doors is yellowed with age and cracked/chipped, there's too much evidence of mold/mildew in the sealant, and that old tile needs to be ripped up or re-grouted and then PROPERLY vacuumed and mopped between guests. The flooring in general (carpeting, vinyl, etc) was not impressive. Lastly, why were there so many other people's hair strands on my bathroom floor?

A lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Waikiki

Excellent stay, good quality rooms, well situated to the beach and local restaurants, hotel restaurant/bar very good prices. Not all the rooms face the pool (and also get little direct sun) but this was a minimal issue, we loved our stay and will be back!

It was an easy check in and check out. They were very accommodating with my old pups and got us a room by the elevator. The staff was super nice and very accommodating. The parking is off site which makes it a tad inconvenient but it’s doable since you are only paying $20 dollars a night and every other hotel is almost $50 a night to park.

Staff was SUPER friendly!!! The hotel was nice- but if you are picky - maybe not for you! We could hear the guy next door snoring - so the walls are thin. Our A/C or something was buzzing all night. The view out the back balcony is very unappealing (residents balconies not nicely kept). Beds - very comfy!!! Pool and sitting area - VERY welcoming! Again- staff- GREAT!! Location - mega easy access to so many things - we walked so many places and tons of food options. So if you are low key/laid back - 100% recommend- I would stay again!!! Parking is brutal in garage a few blocks away!!!

The room was very charming, with a spacious balcony overlooking the canal — especially beautiful in the morning. Every night there was live music, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The room and bath were clean.

Great location and cute hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated but not really clean. There was sand everywhere and the AC smelled funny. Staff was great and it was really convenient. Parking is off property and a bit of a walk.
