Wonderful room! The beds were so comfy and it was very clean. It was nice having access to a bigger gym at a sister hotel too. The hotel had been recently updated but you can still tell it’s a bit dated with the popcorn ceilings. It’s a perfect location in Waikiki.

Let me start my saying we stayed during hurricane lala which took the power out in many places on the island from street lights to hotels. Restaurants had no power so it was hard finding places to ea. Waffle and berry was unfazed which was a great turnout but had lines up the street. But back to this hotel. I stayed on the 16th floor and staff went door to door checking in to ask if there were any needs bringing towels, bottled water, and updates. I reserved through a third party and there are resort fees plus valet and tax which is pretty hefty. Valet greeted with smiles, opening doors for everyone plus brought the car fast so no long wait. Overall hotel is close to all of the activities, beaches, malls, and restaurants.

Our stay here was great! Only thing is it seemed like there was no AC so on the 17th floor it tended to get very very warm in the room and bathroom. Would be great to have a ventilation system in the bathroom as well. Other than that all was good!

I loved the location. It is in walking distance to everything. I did not like that the room did not come with a microwave and it was extra to have one brought to the room. Lovely hotel, nicely renovated. Room cleaned every 2nd day however staff were happy to top up as required with towels etc. The shower temperature was difficult to adjust too… a long time to reach lukewarm water or no hot water at all.
