The room that we stayed in is old with stains on the carpet, the sheets/pillows smell bad and the shower faucet only gives out hot water. And they will charge you for $25/day in parking and additional $25/day for ammenities (pool, gym) even if you dont plan of using them. So beware of these charges.

Awesome stay I really recommend it!!!!!!!! Staff is really friendly

This is a HORRIBLE hotel! Let me count the ways 1- First night there we found a ROACH in our room 2-The elevators are way to slow taking anywhere from 5-7 mins 3- the beds are very uncomfortable 4-they use a BUCKET on the balcony to collect water from the window A/C unit- that they don’t drain so your balcony floods 5- kids smoking POT/WEED on the balcony 6-doesn’t even have a bathtub, but a small nasty stand up shower 7-the staff was very incompetent 8-they over charged me $414 with only their word and NO paperwork stating it would be returned to me 9-when I got upset because they over charged me, they threatened to call the police. I would have been better served at a homeless shelter or a tent on the beach! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

Great location. Very helpful staff. Rooms are spacious.

I liked their room size. I didn't like they don't have chair and table at Lanai. when I booked partial ocean view room the picture showed me table and chair at Lanai. That's why I booked this hotel. the big point for us.

This is worse than a motel, room was smelly, carpet is old you see the traffic area (really bad), even the pillows smells so have I to request another sets. The paint on bathroom ceiling is peeling off. The elevator was so slow - stairs are closed on the first floor. so you will have to wait a bit - UGH!!! I've stayed at 3 star hotel but this should be a 0 to 1 star hotel. The pictures on the website was not updated. Good thing was about Location its just a few minutes walk to the Waikiki beach. Hoping the hotel management will take care of the property

Our room smell pretty bad we had cucarachas all over are room I was pretty bad

Close proximity to urban center, transportation, restaurants & shopping. Very friendly & accommodating staff.

In the center of Honolulu, great location. Parking was easy.

We had a very rough stay. We were first put in a room and the shower did not drain. We had to move rooms right away. The second bad thing was that all 3 of the elevators were broke down for 2 days. This would not have been a huge issue if we weren’t on the 18th floor traveling with my grandmother who cannot walk down stairs. And the third thing that went wrong is that we were woke up by a phone call at 11:30 at night to inform us that we needed to move our car. We parked in a handicapped spot which we had a sticker for but was told after the 4th night that we cannot park there. I am pretty sure that we can if we are registered. Needless to say we checked out early and this hotel will not get a good rating.

Not well maintained. Bugs in bathroom and kitchen oven is all rusted.

Roomy for 3 people, though dishes & towels were set up for 2. Towels were increased upon request. No coffeemaker! Convenient for all site pickups or walking main Kalakua Ave.
