PROS: Lobby is modern and area is quiter part of city which i prefer yet still within the city. Lots of great local fav restaurants. Staff were polite. CONS: similar to other reviews the design of the room are awkward. My problem with the room was smell of mildew and mold from the air conditioner and separate air purifier. It also didnt help that it leaked water onto the dirty carpet to make the smell worse. We told two front desk people to change the filter but nothing was done. They changed our room but also had same smell. We asked if they could open the window to let the room air out and they said no because it was locked with no keys. We got the executive room and its very small for two avg adults and two suitcases. The sinks are humanly impossible to use without getting water all over the bathroom cos its tiny. We are staying for 6 days as part of wedding so stuck here. But advise mgmt to replace carpet with tile to help with dampness, change AC and air purifier filters and allow guests to open the window.

Great location, close to MTR. Very reasonable price.

I picked this hotel because it's close to Victoria park and the metro. It's a very short walk (<5 min) to the metro station and every morning we ran to the park. Close to the Causeway bay district as well, just to the other side of Victoria park. The room is OK size for two people, if you add a cot it's probably too small. I was on a lower floor (5th floor) and the walls are well insulated that I don't hear the traffic noise below. There is also a coffee place in the same block so convenient to grab a coffee in the morning.

Hotel is very close to the MTR and has a variety of local restaurants nearby to choose from.

Small room. Lousy internet. Close to mtr. Overall good stay.

Just great! I love how convenience the location. less than 2 minutes walking distance to MRT station. Food and restaurant everywhere closeby, even got a 24 hours McDonald's on next building. And most important, CLEAN! Enough space for storing your luggage. Free Wi-Fi that actually works! We bring my 1 years old together and definitely a memorable and enjoyable trip. Highly recommended!

The rooms are tiny even with HK standards. Two elevators serving 30 some floors so wait was common. great staff though. they really go the extra mile to help you with your questions. they also lent out mobile cellphone chargers free of charge, which is a great amenity. location is also prime. close to tin hau station.
