This hotel is currently under construction for renovation. Additionally, the breakfast, though a yummy sausage waffle was the only choice. Not he typicaly Hampton Inn breakfast - thanks to COVID I think.

The staff and facility was excellent. Breakfast was very limited, only juice available was apple.

Breakfast was good and location convenient to walk to Starbucks and several eating options. Ceiling a little thin since we can hear the upstairs occupants walking around in the early morning. Try to request top floors if possible to avoid this.

I didn’t like the ice machine was at the other end of the hotel, the ice machine could have been where the laundry room is. The everything was just fine.

Very friendly and welcoming professional staff. Above average breakfast selection and dining environment for the Hampton product. Easy parking.

Loved the location.. and it was clean. Didn't like that wasn't a mini fridge, or microwave at least. also no table and chairs. Rooms were a little small. But most important it was clean and quiet.. so i would recommend but if your looking for amenities in your room upgrade to a suite..

Staff was very accommodating. Hotel was conveniently located.

We were visiting a couple college campuses so we chose this hotel. It was close to CSULB. While in the area we were also able to visit SDSU and UC-Irvine. We would stay here again. Easy access to freeway. Friendly staff. Clean/comfortable room. Nice breakfast spread. Close to Huntington Beach.

This is our favorite hotel to stay at when we are visiting family every year in Seal Beach! It's close to Starbucks too (a bonus for me) and it's less than 5 minutes away from downtown and the beach!

The staff was friendly and prompt in meeting all our needs. The continental breakfast met our expectations. The property was just a short drive from Seal Beach pier and quaint restaurants and shops. We needed access to a copier and the property even had a business room with access to a computer and printer. The property was close to the freeway.

We come there to attend Guitar Surf 101, an annual event held this year in the Alpine Village in Torrance CA, It is not far from the hotel. We also take in the sights in LA and visit Catalina Island, Queen Mary and Antique shops. Nice location and quality of clientele is half business and half pleasure seekers.

Large room with very comfy bed and very clean, wonderful breakfast, and friendly staff. Close enough to the ocean and restaurants. Will stay here again! :)

The coffee both in the rooms and in the hotel breakfast area is really horrible. Buy a Starbucks gift card there is one in the same parking lot.

Very clean, excellent beds, good breakfast, good value.

This hotel is excellent and very close to the beach

Hotel was just what I expected. Clean, Organized, Quiet. Nothing Fancy or Special. Only challenge is the hotel is a bit off the beaten path/ highway.

Clean and comfortable room. The staff were friendly and professional. Close to the beach and freeway access. I will be returning.

We have been stopping here for about 5 years, and also in Sacramento off US 5. From the comfortable bed and clean bedsheets to the variety of choices for breakfast--this chain continues to be high quality at a reasonable price no matter where we find it.

This hotel is not walking distance to the water or great restaurants, but it's quiet and within very reasonable driving distances to making it a hub for a southern CA experience. The ocean is close, 405, great eateries, etc. We stayed here because we were racing in a triathlon in Long Beach. We loved the shopping center the hotel was in. It wasn't packed with cars, it had the essentials (Starbucks, Subway, nail salon, couple other small eateries) to chill out before heading into hectic Long Beach. There's also a Trader Joe's close if you need anything.
