An Incredible Beach and Ocean Front 4 Story home, located in the gate guarded community of Surfside in Seal Beach. This ultra modern home boasts four bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. Step out to a balcony with the most amazing ocean view. There are three additional bedrooms, one with a king bed, a queen bed and a full bed with a pull out trundle. The top level boasts a media room incorporating a large tv, a kitchenette and high tops. The room opens to a large balcony with barbeque...ideal for enjoying a meal, a glass of wine and watching the most amazing sunsets...The perfect room for entertaining. Just steps from the home, you can pick up the bike trail which extends all the way to Newport Beach or kayak in the harbor directly across the main highway. Shopping and dining are all within walking distance. This home has something for everyone.
