I stay here every once in a while. I prepaid a Superior Room with king bed, travel 26 hours to get there only to be told they were sold out of king beds and wanted to "upgrade" me to two doubles. I am 6' 7" and two doubles do not help me much. They said they can upgrade me again to get a king but they would have to charge me another $20...after objecting for 10 minutes I finally had to accept it and pay them more. I found the Perkin Hotel nearby a day later and will stay there from now on.

Reasonable hotel with a good location. Good for a short stay.

The service was awful. The most arrogant staff I've met in my life. Long line for check in/check out. Staff were not willing to help at all. The so-called gym is the smallest one I've ever seem.

It is nit the beat but acceptable if you are just sleeping there and on work time

a very good place to stay in HK, close to the garden, and wide spacious square for bar in the night. Worth to stay!

the hotel is ok but the price go like a yoyo! some days, the price is ok and it can double the day after. we had to mouve to an other hotel.

Good business traveler hotel. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Regal Kowloon is located in the good area near the ocean. TST East has a lot to offer in therms of food, bars, scenic walks. Hotel is rather clean and rooms are OK.

Room was small, but clean and well appointed. The only criticism is that Wifi was included, which it was but only for two devices. So, if you had two phones, you had to pay extra to connect a laptop, and the rates were not inexpensive.

Stayed 2 nights during my busiess trip. Room allocated on the 7th floor but very noisey due to the construction work carried in the 6th Floor, apart from that room is clean and comfortable. I will recommend to everone who is looking for clean and comfortable stay in Kowloon.

The staff was very kind, the rooms were recently resyled so eventhough the building is old the rooms look like new, breakfast was ok! Overall I highly recommend this hotel for business or vacation.

very good size room with friendly staff, with excellent facilities.

My wife and I have been to Hong Kong many times but have never stayed with Regal Hotels before. Our experience was well worthwhile and we would re-book at the Regal Kowloon again on our next trip to Hong Kong. The Front Desk and the Check in staff were very efficient, friendly and very welcoming to us both. The Room Service was very efficient and pleasant as well. Overall, a great experience and we certainly will become a part of the Regal Hotel Awards program as well. A Canadian Visitor

I have stayed at this hotel several times now. The hotel is in a GREAT area. Many great eateries in the neighborhood. Walking distance to everything, include the MTR station that will get you around the city. The hotel is clean, but the beds are incredibly hard, even to China standards. WiFI is pretty expensive. Staff is not really friendly. its all about processing you in/out. Other hotels in the same neighborhood is the Intercontinental Grand Stanford and The Royal Garden. both nice hotels in the same block. Watch pricing for them as well.

It was at best average. I am a business traveler and 6'5" tall. I had to hunch over in the shower because ceilings were so low. When checking in, staff should have recognized this and upgraded or moved me to a room with taller bathroom. Unless policy here changes, will be hard pressed to stay again regardless of the cost.

Although I paid 200 USD per night the hotel charges for the internet service.. Internet must be free. This is a big minus. In general, the rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was good.

breakfast is avereage, checkout was slow, exceeded all other expectations i will use again

I was very disappointed with the small size of the room. Especially for a 4 star hotel. For the same price I get a VIP Room in Shenzhen that is spectacular and large. I was told that I would have free internet service in my room. That was not the case. However, the staff at the hotel comped me wifi to make me happy. During the night I was awaken by loud sound in the walls. I called to complain. Someone came up but the sound ended. It didn't happen again. The free buffet breakfast is one of the best I have experience in Hongkong and China. Well done. I read in a review that check out was long. I didn't find that to be true. Within 10 minutes I was finished with check out. Would I return? Only if the room for the price I paid was a little bigger.

ok short and sweet / no problems they need a faster chech out
