Great little place!

We just needed a simple affordable room to sleep in after a sporting event, and this brought it! Clean, quiet, private. Also has the perfect little fenced in area for our Corgi pup to enjoy the great weather!

Cozy, clean & convenient

Stayed for 5 weeks and would absolutely return. Studio is in a great, quiet neighborhood with walking/running paths, nearby outdoor pool & community gym. Private patio out back is peaceful. Parking along Monroe is quick & easy, a one minute walk car to door and other options for the infrequent occasion it's full. Host is responsive & helpful. Location is convenient for airport, stores, metro, restaurants.

Nice Apartment

The apartment is just as pictured. The main room was very spacious and comfortable. My dogs enjoyed the fenced in back area. Though there is no grass so I still had to walk them outside of the fence in the grass. The only drawback was the parking. Be prepared to park and walk because the parking is first come, first serve. There is not a reserved spot with the rental. I had to park down the street and around the corner. The neighborhood felt safe and Harris Teeter is walkable right across the main road. Communication prior to the rental was very good. I would definitely stay here again!
