Great location in that it's minutes from Dulles and next door to many fast-food, fast-casual restaurants. Room was good, SHOWER WATER PRESSURE was epic, I wanted to bring home with me. Restaurant was DISAPPOINTING. Slowww service, and out of French fries at 6 pm on a sleepy Tuesday. Absurd.
I booked this hotel on emergency and chose it for the high traveler ranking. That it was. Very mediocre bar/food but luckily there's a very nice bar/food right outside rear doors. TGIF it is. Very nice.
The room was very nice. I felt like I was in a luxury hotel. The bedroom is connected to a room with a sink, which leads to the bathroom, which connects to the sitting room that has a pullout couch. There are pocket doors and swinging doors that allow the spaces to be separated if desired. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower curtain with a liner was amazing. This hotel is connected to a building with a theater and several places to eat, including Panera, making it easy to get meals in between events.
Nice property with access to lots of meal options in local restaurants.

I took 3 teenagers with me. The suite suited us well. I liked the pull-out sofa bed, which is a double size. In the hotel lobby, a toilet faucet was broken and had water leaking to the floor in the women's bathroom, not pleasant. In the morning around 9:30am, I was resting in bed. But a housekeeping lady knocked on the front door, as this was a suite and I had a sore throat, I did not respond. Then she opened the door trying to clean the room, I said I was still here. She apologized and left. What I did not understand is why she knocked on my room door, did not the hotel wait to clean the rooms after the guests left? Don't the housekeeper communicate with the front desk to make sure only to clean the rooms that guests checked out already? As I only slept for 2 hours the night before after driving to the hotel, and had to get up at 6am to send a child to the airport, and I had a sore throat and bad cough, I felt very much annoyed when the hotel rule mentions the check out time was 12 noon, but the housekeeper tried to clean my room at 9:30am?!
Wouderful hotel. But, overcharging excessively for WI Fi. Most hotels do not charge any more. Behind the times.
The hotel is close to the airport and has many restaurants right next door. Great Hotel , Great Location and a quick shuttle ride to IAD.

We were very happy with our stay. The hotel room was very comfortable, we normally hate hotel beds but this one was excellent. Our room was bigger than expected and the staff was very kind. We would love to stay there again.
It was amazing room and price near DC. My grandma is leaving from Dullas airport. We have a nice breakfast buffeet here. Everything is perfect.'the bed, the shower, tv, sofa. Perfect. I have stayed here for twice. And i will keep staying.
