The stay was one of if not the worst stay I have ever had a Hilton property. 1. There was not enough staff 2. My room smelled 3. The tub leaked the entire stay and when I complained the manager stated he was send an engineer but no one ever came, my wife and I spent the day sightseeing Saturday and came back to a flooded bathroom and when I showed the manager he just said sorry, we had to clean up the mess ourselves. 4. There was barely anywhere to sit for breakfast because there was not enough staff to clean tables and seats were sticky too 5. Why would you have "hot syrup" but NO WAFFLES 6. Saturday night kids were screaming and yelling and running around the hotel like a rave party, very load and obnoxious. I will NEVER stay there again. The manager (SashankB)said I would get taken care off due to the issues.
