This hotel is not longer a Holiday inn, it’s a Double Tree by Hilton. It lead to some confusion when looking for the hotel considering we were looking for Holiday Inn signs. We figured it out though. Tried to check in around 10pm and difficult process with front desk staff who kept raising issues with my reservation but finally conceded. Better customer service need. Rooms also seem to be tired and worn although relatively quiet
