The adjoining doors in the rooms are horrible, the people next to me kept spraying cologne under my door because of my service dog I guess. They gave me trouble with my two service dogs. So I cannot stay there just because someone has a PTSD dog and a mobility dog doesn’t mean you should discriminate.

Excellent value!

Very clean and kept up well. Love no carpets!! Excellent lobby area and breakfast options absolutely way more than expecting at this price point. Microwave breakfast sandwich, muffins yogurt fruit bread fresh pancake station. Computer and printer. Appreciated the hot water and coffee available all day. Room 302 on small size but the entire mirrored wall made it seem bigger. Perfect stay.

Check in was easy and front staff was very friendly. I had 3 rooms booked and one on a separate day. They made accommodations and placed us all together. The first night our air was working but was still messed up. The manager came up and moved us rooms and it was still right across from our other rooms. We will be staying again

Reviews Can Deceive

Before booking, I read the reviews. The reviews were pretty good and the price seemed a good deal, but the hotel was in bad condition. The carpets were stained, and also the furniture. The bathroom sink was cracked in the bottom, and in my estimation a health hazard. The counter was loose and baseboard was missing. The bedding looked clean and we slept well after a day of travel, but that's about all that was good. Honestly, it was sketch. The breakfast was the worst I've ever seen, so we skipped it. I am puzzled about the good reviews and the awards displayed at the front desk. Maybe the clientele that stay at Microtels have lower expectations than mine. It's not a place I would stay again, not worth the $30 savings off major chain hotel prices. I guess you get what you pay for, and I went for cheap.
