We stayed at this hotel on our way home from Florida. Friendly staff, the room was exceptionally clean, the rooms were decorated tastefully, and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Although it’s a difficult traffic battle to get to this hotel, once you can find it it’s a very good hotel. Hattiesburg is an interesting and nice college town. This hotel is in a complex where there’s a movie theater, couple other Marriott properties, few restaurants and all kinds of other businesses. It is right off the interstate, you can see it from there. Hardy Street is like the heart of this city. The rate for that night was very reasonable. They received me with pleasantry as I arrived late in the evening after a long day of travel. I will stay here again if I am in the area. I will recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great stay in Hattiesburg

We thought that this place was clean quiet and inexpensive. The bed was comfortable - felt like probably a memory foam type. The bathroom was updated and clean as well. I can’t complain about anything here. Would definitely come back

We have about 13 employee's currently staying here for 28 days. I'm pretty sure I have called the front desk about 15 times throughout this month, needing copies of receipts, 90% of the time I speak with a person named Rebecca. She has been nothing but pleasant and professional. She probably dreads me calling but she has always remained up beat. Not sure if Rebecca will see this but Thank you for your hard work.

The hotel is clean, the staff are great, and the location is great for the area. The reason for two stars (dots) is that I am currently staying here for my second stay of more than ten days. I rely on stable, functioning internet for work and this hotel does NOT have that. The router will drop you, there is a ton of packet loss, and even when you have decent speeds, the latency is so bad that even checking email is a struggle at times. I have also noticed little difference in time of day. I have spend a few hours on the phone with the internet customer service (you have to call yourself and they will require you to give them access to your device but "promise" they won't access files on it), I have spoken to the manager of the hotel, and nothing has been done. There is no difference in the free internet or the $5.99/day connection either. If you just want a comfortable stay, this hotel will probably satisfy your needs, but don't come if you want reliable internet. I won't be back.

Newer property. Room was large and furniture new. Ate breakfast downstairs-oatmeal. However, the first floor urinal was gross. Somebody needs to take a brush and give it good scrubbing. There is some Alge like growth and the smell is terrible.

I'm a Platinum level Marriott person and spent about 75 nights in a Marriott property last year. This is an older design of the Courtyard but it never disappoints. It is clean and comfortable. There are several restaurants and a movie theater within close walking distance. Also, you are only about a mile from the Longleaf Trace which is an amazing path for biking, walking and running.

Reserved a room here on our way to Florida. It was a great hotel. Right in the middle of everything as far as restaurants, fast food and right down the road from the beautiful college USM. The beds were comfy and the pillows were amazing! The only gripe I have is that it was supposedly happy hour at the lobby bar, but my 4" tall margarita was $8 dollars and some change! Other than that the hotel was great. We will be staying here on our way to our yearly vacation to Florida next year!

My sister and I recently had to make a last minute trip to Mississippi, and stayed at this hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service we received. Our King Suite was spacious, and the balcony was perfect for sitting outside with adult beverages. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Colby R. (Front desk) COMPLETELY made our stay the best! He was so polite, and helpful and funny! Thank you Colby you are awesome! Hotel was beautiful, rooms super comfortable employees very accommodating. This is the FIRST hotel I've ever stayed in that the air conditioners actually worked and kept the room cold. Definitely a must stay!
