Know one night stay by the week only that made me have too find a a motel by job on your part
Very Decent clean room...friendly stsff..Great value for thr price
No shampoo or cups in room. Had a table but no chair. Ad said a queen size bed got a double and no extra blanket. Carpet wet in spots. Lock broke on door. No closet to hang clothes. 👎
Hotel is undergoing major renovations, including new ownership and a new name. My room was changed 3 times because of missing safety latches on the doors and an infestation of roaches. I had to purchase my own room supplies. Some of the management staff were very rude and unhelpful. They wanted to charge me more money for being moved to one of their better and already renovated rooms, which one of their daytime managers moved me to, in order to keep me from leaving. In its present state, I wouldn't recommend this place...for free!
It was OK. The location is awesome. It's right down the street from the mall.
This was the worst hotel ever. There were no towels, no soap, no shampoo, no light bulbs. The refrigerator/microwave/stove did not work. There were spiders and roaches. The pillows contained odors and bedspread had cigarette burn marks. There were strands of hair in the sheets, obviously the sheets had not been changed. The room stunk like dirty feet and smoke. We could hear the footsteps of the someone walking in the above room. The loud noise of people socializing outside near the room made it hard to sleep. In summary, I guess you get what you pay for ........The room was $55.00 for the night. We had a last minute change of plans and needed to stay in town that night and needed to keep the cost to a minimum.
Not very impressed. AC was barely cooling the room. Stove top was very dirty and disassembled. Refrigerator door would not stay closed
Roach Hotel. Dirty,Nasty and would never ever stay there again.
The room was nice and a great location right on the strip ib the burg
will be looking for new place to stay words cant explain how bad it was need to try get ahold main office
My husband and I stayed for four nights. I work in town frequently and we will be staying again. It was super easy to check in and they moved us to the first floor with no problem. We had to request pots and pans and the room didn't already have an iron, ironing board or blow dryer, but they would have been provided had we requested so. The only issues I had were just that there were some sketchy characters hanging around outside at all hours, but at an extended stay place, many people actually LIVE there, so that's nothing unusual. I don't know that I, as a female, would be comfortable staying there alone because of that, though. The location is very convenient to access all of Hattiesburg.
my new home away from home! very clean all qualities i was looking for then some.
Good location (convenient to Hardy St eateries), refrigerator, microwave, sink, stove, mini-coffepot, minimum dishes & flatware. Really needs update, maintenance, attention to detail.
There were 6 of us staying at this hotel in 3 different rooms. I had to change rooms 4 times. The first room I was given already had guests in it. The door would not open to the second room. The toilet would not flush in the third room. The tv did not work in the fourth room until we fixed it ourselves. In another parties room the bathroom tiles were broken. In all of the rooms the sheets, towels and bedding covers were very thin. I was disgusted by the entire experience.
Needs attention to detail...telephone missing, tv remote control missing, kitchen utensils missing. However, location is very convenient to Highway 98 (Hardy Street) eateries.
This time as well as the last three times we stayed here, your customer service failed to convey our reservation confirmation and we were forced to wait until hotel staff contacted your customer service and ironed out the details. This is frustrating after a ten-hour drive. How do we ensure this does not happen in the future?
Given the price, we were expecting a lot more. Room and bed was outdated and uncomfortable.
Bed cover not clean, carpet not clean, bathroom floor sticky with something. Would have been ok if room had been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Drapes looked like an animal had tried to climb them
the price is great and the room was clean. The room was functional and was a good value for what I spent.
I really enjoy myself there. I stayed there and I love it. My GPS couldn't find the location, so I called the front desk and they knew where I was located and gave me good instruction on how to get to the hotel. When I got there everything was nice and fully fuctional, but there was one thing I didn't like; they need to update on their televisions. I love to watch tv, but the small tvs isn't working for me. I am planning on returning to the same hotel in the future.
