When we arrived the person at the desk was complaining about her job and being candid about how hard it was. It was off putting as my first reaction was negative. We choose hotels in part for the pool and breakfast. The pool was not heated. Was ice cold. Asked about it at the desk. The same person had no idea that it was even broken. Breakfast the next morning was mediocre. Food was bland. There was no way to toast the bagels bread etc. won't go back.bthere

We were at the hotel for 5 nights. One night the fire alarm went off during the night. We waited over an hour in the parking lot. The attached restaurant had a false alarm. We received no explanation or apology from the hotel. An acknowledgment of the inconvenience would have been nice.

I stayed here for one night and I have to say that this hotel was easy to check-in and had friendly staff. The hotel and rooms were clean. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room was well stocked with towels and toilet tissues. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and had good options. I would stay here again.

The woman at the desk who checked me in was above and beyond and so friendly. She did tell me her name, but I’m here for a family emergency and sadly didn’t remember. She was so wonderful! Whoever worked at 9:15pm gets 10 stars!

Inconsiderate construction contractors

It was good the last night they were doing a project right outside my window on hotel property starting before 7AM.Woke up that whole side of the hotel.I understand that work has to be done.But at a reasonable hour.

After having breakfast we tried to clean up our table and dispose of our dirty plates & cups. Every garbage pail was filled to the top and the garbage was falling all over the floor. I notified staff that was in the area, he stated to me "oh I know", and walked away. I watched to see if he was going to take care of the situation, he didn't and walked away.
