When I arrived, the gentleman was having an issue on how to check me in because I used a different card to pay for the room vs one on file in case of damage. He called the owner/manager who came quickly and was able to correct and get me checked in. The front desk gentleman & manager/owner were great. I got the room key which was marked 304, my daughter & I took the elevator & It sounded & shook something awful. We get off & walk to room 304, use the key I open the door & bam a naked man & woman are in the room. I apologize, shut the door quickly, I take the elevator back down go back to the front desk, let him know someone was in room 304 naked. They should have had all locks & a sign on their door, honest mistake. So he said I am so sorry I meant 340. So I get the key go back on the elevator & it gets to the 3rd floor and it stops, then the door opens maybe an inch to inch and 1/2. Will not open, a little boy standing in front of the elevator trying to help me open the door more, cause at this point my hear is racing like crazy. He said push door open or door close. Before I could the door closed goes back down, then opens. I tell the lady standing there who is the housekeeper don’t use it door would not open. Get to our room, go to leave and find out the door wouldn’t lock when we got back & didn’t need a key. Then as we left the next morning I pass someone on the balcony in front of their room smoking pot. I have vowed not to come back.

This property has been converted into a low income residence with visible signs of illegal activity. After checking in with concern, we decided to ask for refund after driving around the rear of the property and didn't even go into room. I hope they honor the refund request (we will see). This location should be removed as an option by Expedia.

The bed linens smelled of old cigarette smoke. The aur conditioing unit sounded like a jet engine waiting to take off into sonic boom.

DONT STAY HERE

Based on Pictures this was going to be a half decent place to lay our head for the night but when we arrived it was not worth staying. Bugs in the room. Mold in the bathroom. Spiders everywhere. I mean everywhere! Huge Orb Weavers everywhere we walked. I understand this is located along the river and youll have extra insects but its evident there was no cleaning of the outdoor hallways and rails. The Horrible Weed smell that just engulfed the whole property was enough for me and my small children to forfeit our paid night cost and find somewhere safer and alot cleaner and we sure did. Employee at check in was nice but never bothered to ask why we were checking out after a few hours when we were booked for 2 nights. Safe yourself some grief and avoid this place if you can afford to stay somewhere else.

Ultimate dive hotel

There are no amenities to speak of and the place is smelly and dingy with lots of items in disrepair. Was glad the shower worked, although the bathroom door latch did not. Thie is the ultimate dive hotel so only stay here if that is tolerable to you.

When I first checked in, it was nothing but pure feces on the toilet and blood. I asked for another room but none was available. So, I asked since it’s not available can they clean it while I went to work. I came back from work and the same mess was still on the toilet. A day and some change worth of mess in my bathroom. And then, to make matters worse, when they changed me to another room, there was a mouse in the room. Completely grossed out experience
