Two night stay, didn't have high expectations but for the price and 17 minutes from Hersheypark. Lobby aromatherapy smell was awful awful AWFUL!! They should consider something light and fresh. Over all an ok stay and would stay again.

A very nice hotel. The only problem was checking in. Myself and two other guests waited 15 minutes for anyone to be at the front check-in desk. We rang the bell and buzzer numerous times. Other than that it was a fine stay.

Very expensive for the condition it’s in. Many of the windows in the lobby and rooms were cloudy and dirty, worn mis-matched furniture in lobby. Receptionist did not greet us on arrival and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. When I went to check out she just sat in her chair and ignored me so I just left my card keys on the counter.
