Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate (yogurt, eggs, sausage...) The staff was helpful, but no one was at the desk when we arrived. The desk person showed up about 10 minutes later. A note on the desk indicating she had stepped away would have been helpful. However, the same attendant was most helpful guiding my husband to our room and being sure he got in when he had trouble using his card key. We would stay again.
