everything was fine

In the first room we had, the sink did not drain. We were told that the maintenance man wouldn't be in so they moved us to another room with the same problem.

We reached hotel at 8:15 PM and our rooms were not ready, they could give us 1 out of the 2 we booked and the second we got around 9:00 PM. We were so happy that we didn't try the checkout at 3:00 PM as they promised. Rest all was good.

The property was fine. Somewhat smaller than the Westin on the east side of town. Bagged/to go breakfasts are a downer. I used to look forward to the hot breakfasts, but understand the Covid-19 measures.

Good place to stay

There were two wet used washcloths hanging in my shower when I arrived. The entire 3rd floor smelled like marijuana.

Unfortunately there wasn't any daily housekeeping we had to pile our dirty towels and Trash outside of our room door and ask for new towels at the service desk we only saw housekeepers on the morning of checkout. Not sure if this is a policy during Covid but it was very inconvenient, otherwise the staff was friendly

Booked 2 rooms, smell like sewage, rooms didn't seemed cleaned. Rooms were not cleaned each day.

Not impressed. Pool was out of service. It looked awful.

First run the shower was broken had to move to another room this room the TV was broken

I loved how peaceful this

The property sat off the main road so really quiet. The property was very clean and well decorated. Check in took 5 minutes. The staff we very pleasant and greeted you as soon as you walked in lobby. The suite was spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Upon check-in the guy at front desk was not very friendly. Never smiled. The elevator had food on the floor. The chair in room was dirty under the cushion. When I went down to the lobby in the evening there was a patron who did not have a mask on and was smoking. She was talking to the front desk gentleman. She appeared intoxicated as she was loud and swearing. He did not ask her to not smoke there or to leave.

Heat was not working Soap package was ripped Ither things were normal as expected
