It really is a terrible place and nothing like the pictures on the website. Very dirty and smells very bad. I showed up with a confirmed booking and was told no room is available. Then eventually the staff gave me a room key and when I went to the room someone was staying there. Excuse given yo me was that “someone forgot to update the computer”. Properties like these should not be on the Orbitz platform. I have been a user of this platform for 10 years but will really think twice before using Orbitz again.

My husband described it as staying in the projects. Sketchy people staring us down. VERY Dirty - halls grimy and stinky trash everywhere. Room had dirt, smelled of smoke though supposed to be smoke free, dead and live bugs, loud music until midnight, holes in walls, TINY bar of soap and thin tiny towel. No blankets. Non courteous staff who didn't care. Worst hotel by far ever stayed at. I did not feel safe. We contemplated not staying but already paid. We removed our belongings every day we were so scared, but they did not clean the room. Will NEVER stay there again.

The blanket was not cleaned properly. Did not look like the pics of the room. I’ve been in much better Red Roof Inns. So this incident is for this one only
They are renting filthy rooms while also housing the homeless and welfare recipients.

I made the reservation through Orbitz and my credit card was charged, yet somehow the front desk employee could not confirm my reservation and was extremely rude to me.
Stay clear of this property unless you are okay with the wreak of marijuana. Very sketchy property!
This place was a run down dump and I will never stay here again. Waste of money!
It was convienent to the giant center. It was also located in a nice area that was easily assesible to dining and shopping. Although this is a pet friendly facility, I didn't like that my room smelled like a pet. The person on staff quickly changed our room and it was ok.
Close to restaurants and not far from hersheypark and the casino

The room was clean, but a non smoking wreaked of smoke. And you can hear cleaning people by 8am.
I reserved a room it was taken by somebody else. The next room they gave us was also occupied by somebody else. The third room they gave us the sheets had not been changed there was still a razor blade and soap in the shower, and it was not a two bed bedroom which is what I reserved. Absolutely the worst experience with the hotel room I have had ever.
