The room was great, and the staff came in everyday to replace towels and change the beds. Always helpful when I had questions or concerns. I had a great 5 days and would definitely go back.

Liked that the room always smelled good anytime you walked in, always smelled the freshner. Great towels, hand towels Breakfast was good (Wished they served bacon every other day, change it up from sausage) Everything was nice and the way a hotel should be

Spacious, comfortable quiet room. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast, while nothing fancy, was entirely adequate. Our bathroom needed some light repair work, but was fully operational.

Ouroom was attached to another room and the door between the two rooms did not lock as the knob mechanism did not align properly into the whole to prevent it from being opened. Although no one was occupying the other room, it felt unsafe. When I brought this up to the front desk, she acted like it was no big deal and somewhat argued with me about it. I had to push really hard to be placed into a different room.

We loved this hotel however, my family was traveling with a service animal and i was charged the $10.60 a night pet fee even though i shouldnt have had to pay it. The first night we stayed, i was asked if she was a service animal and i replied yes. We had to extend our stay due to unforseen issues surrounding my car and when i checked in for that stay, no one asked me about her and i had no idea they were charging me a pet fee. When i spoke to the manager he assured my they would refund the fee for my 5 night stay but never did. First i was told it would be refunded, then i was told it would be mailed to me...still nothing. It clearly states on the website that service animals stay free but when they mess up, they really dont want to own up to it or give you your money back.
