INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES - DO NOT STAY HERE I booked despite seeing the bad reviews because I just needed a cheap place to sleep for a few hours after all day at Hershey Park - but I immediately regretted my decision as soon as we walked into the lobby. It looks like the staff is living there, they have tons of personal food in a fridge and cookware sitting right near the front desk. And a plate of half eaten rice was cast aside on the side of the check in desk. There were also very suspicious looking clientele to say the least. The property is extremely run down despite claiming to be recently renovated, there were broken fridges in the stairwell. I ignored all that though and checked into my room cause the rate was cheap so I didn’t expect a lot. But immediately upon entering the room we saw two NASTY cockroaches, one of which crawled down into the shower drain. I have NEVER in my life seen bugs like this in a hotel room. I felt so sick seeing them scurry around the room. I’m sure we would have seen more had we stayed but we walked right out, returned the keys to the desk, and told them we’d be requesting a refund because the room was infested with roaches. I’ve seen other reviews confirming this. But of course they refused to give us a refund after trying for several days even though we didn’t touch anything in the room. Also you can’t even get a hold of them by phone, it just goes to a busy tone. This is one SHADY hotel. Absolutely avoid at all costs, don’t repeat

I know the hotel was renovated not that long ago. Great spacious room, love the bathroom mirrors with extra lighting and de foggers from shower. Wish the pool was warmer. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room had hair in the bathroom, the hallways and room were not the cleanest. The fire exit was filled with trash and debris. The elevator looks like it has never been cleaned down. The hallways smelled of urine. The staff did not sp ak English and had to phone someone to even check us in. The reviews on this hotel stated it was recently updated which was not true other then the bathroom mirrors. The fire alarm in the room did not even work! Staff was friendly but did not speak English. We will not return to this location.

I got what I paid for. For the low cost. But with the no smoking signs everywhere. And the lobby / hallways smelt like weed/cigarettes. Kind of throws you off. Room could use some upkeep. But bed was clean and comfortable.

Wished I could only give nice reviews but our experience wasn’t the best. We arrived 3:30 and our room wasn’t ready, then when they gave us the room the toilet was clogged. We found hair on the sheets and also in the shower. The room coffee machine was filthy inside. We are not picky eaters but the coffee tasted very bad, tea doesn’t exist, juice machine only gives you water and also the pancakes wasn’t good. Supposed to be a smoke free hotel but its smelled like weed in the corridors. Housekeeper was very nice and she did her best with the clogged toilet which my husband offered to do it, not sure if this hotel had short of employees or who is running it they don’t know what they are doing because its very nice hotel and updated.

This place was atrocious! It was a run down place and the rooms were very dirty. We had two reservations and they somehow only had one when we arrived at 8pm. And upon entering the room, roaches greeted us. We told the front desk about the roaches and a refund and he gave no emotions as if it was a normal occurrence. It was a disgusting experience and I will never return. Then they had the nerve to charge me for the room that they couldn't find the reservation for the next day. Save your troubles and do not book this place.
