Leaving another low review because it was THAT bad. Tried to say she was kicking us out because she saw a pipe in our room. We are moving, we have it. That doesn't mean we are smoking in there. Plus your hotel wreaked of weed anyways. So again, terrible review for a terribly run hotel. Which is a damn shame too that management is so fried because the hotel itself would be really nice with the proper upkeep and a more preofessional staff.

The free WiFi was unreliable. They had the better WiFi tiered at extra cost. Most hotels/motels offer free, reliable, no strings attached internet. Noisy tenants and housekeeping. At times Parking lot used by children playing ball among customers parked cars. Booking by travel websites for this particular hotel was discouraged by management and conflicted with booked rates.

Place is nice and clean. However, the manager apparently has an issue with disabled children and falsely accused my autistic child son of making too much noise at 4am.... this is not possible as everyone in the room was asleep by 11. It made absolutely no sense. I have a recoding of her fishing for excuses to make us leave when i was able to disprove this accusation.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and while this facility is usually very clean. There was a roach in our first room. They had to switch us and the second room was clean, however it did sort of ruin our relaxing experience.
