Manager Eileen REFUSED TO CORRECT SAFETY THREATS - in-room smoking and attempted forced entry into my room by strangers. Manager Eileen chose to protect in-room smokers and these strangers to make it easy on herself. She forced me to leave early because I requested that the Woodspring Suites deliver SAFETY, the essential service for travelers, in addition to stopping in-room smoking - an advertised amenity.
