Hotel was not recognized as a place for transient people. Police was called due to weekend disruption. Place seemed to be used to house the not so fortunate people. Hallway had terrible odor. Service desk was severely limited in staff & not at all at times. Bed construction was totally unacceptable!!! Construction included A very thin single mattress was affixed to a steel frame, which slid upon every turn of your body. Extremely uncomfortable, very hard, was unable to get good night's sleep during the entire stay. Each morning began with a stiff and sore body which affected the entire stay. Bathroom floor was not level to shower which was hard to both enter & exit the shower. Toilet seat was affixed crooked which caused you to slide when sitting down. No coffee maker, iron or ironing board Was told you have 2 purchase your own ironing board or go to Starbucks, no kitchen utencils, plates, cups, or cookware. This place was a bare boned room!

There were 3 stink bugs in the room. The heat smelled of dead stink bugs. There was gum on the floor of the bathroom. No blanket on the bed.

I liked the idea there wouldn't be carpeting, thinking a hard floor would be easier to clean. The room was disgusting; trash under the bed, crumbs near the kitchenette, the stove was a greasy mess, and there was something weird in the bathtub. And there isn't enough water pressure to flush a toilette decently.

I read reviews and one said that someone checked in and then someone walked into their room shortly after they got to the room and they felt like they were being checked up on. Same thing happened when I stayed. I got to my room and shortly after a worker opened my locked door and popped their head in and said oops sorry didn’t know you checked in thought it was weird because of that one review. Besides that it was an alright stay

There were so many different unpleasant odors in every part of the building including the rooms. It was clear that the counter and other surfaces in the room and bathroom were not cleaned thoroughly. The sheets and pillows looked like they were not washed. Google says this is a 2-star hotel and I am inclined to agree.

I first booked this hotel for 3 weeks. When i got there it was clean and the staff were very nice. The rooms are a nice size and clean even down to the refrigerator. The laundry room is always clean when i go and the gym is nice as well. The over all stay is nice.

It was nice to stay here, one bad thing would be people hanging around outside of what felt like all day. They were all friendly but lots of smoke outside. Also, if there is a stove top, it would have been nice to have a pan or something to cook with. The room was pretty much empty, clean, but empty with low quality amenities.

Clearly the managers are working hard at cleaning to make an aged property feel better. Everything worked fine. I am not accustomed to limited front desk hours, which was made worse by not answering the phone. Manager would do well to establish a smoking area out back with a couple chairs and ashtrays. Smokers in front are distracting, even if they are nice people.
