The hotel staff was not very friendly, especially in the dining area! Internet policy needs to be updated. The daily allotment equalled a 5 minute open window on Facebook. The public computers were always swarmed by kids on YouTube videos.
Great staff & room but desperately in need of air conditioning for the sweltering heat we've been having, unbearable without it. Staff informed me that air conditioning will be installed for next summer. That would make for a far more comfortable room. Kids enjoyed taking regular cold spas in room ...
I like this hotel in overall, only one minor problem is internet availability. It allows only 1000MB during 24 hours for $16.00 NZ money. My daughter used youtube a little more than 1 hour only and could not get it back again until next day. It is kind of suck.

We had two rooms which was really nice. The rooms were clean and modern. Only down fall is they do not have a pool or hot tub.
the experience is pretty good, nice size room, clean and easy to get to various locations, the only trouble is the internet speed is very poor and not stable.
