Room was tidy and clean on surfaces and bedding appeared clean, but chairs and carpet needed a clean. Room smelt strongly of stale cigarettes. Spa bath was awesome. Shower great with very high pressure.

The room was good but a little dark being where it was, not a lot of natural light. I realise there is a housing shortage but it was a bit disconcerting having most of the motel filled with people waiting for homes and the amount of smoking outside rooms was a bit unpleasant.

I am not sure if this property is being used for emergency housing, in a few of the units. either that or a few rough looking guys/families stayed when I was there. Great if it was but I did feel a bit vulnerable as a solo stayer. Great spa bath, large clean motel room and plenty of parking,

the place was ok .. cockroach on the spare bed hard to find a place with out them tho .. the rest of the room was spotless and clean. only thing was the bed was as hard as nails after a nice soak in spa bath was relaxed but woke up stiff and sore from bed been so hard

The room was SPOTLESS. Probably the cleanest motel I've ever been in. The shower was powerful, everything worked, there was every amenity i could want. Added bonus was the full Sky TV package and fantastic Air Con.

This was just a last minute stopover stay in Hamilton while travelling by car to Auckland from the lower north island. I didn't require anything special - and the price I paid was low - so I certainly didn't have high expectations. And overall it was fine with easy access, off street parking and set in a central location close to the city centre. But, in saying that, the carpet in the room was disgustingly bad with all sorts of stains. Not a great sight, and it hardly made for pleasant stay.

Good location and friendly staff at check-in. Room itself was okay but it had an overwhelming purfume smell from a wall spritzer. Wasn't sure why it was so strong but then when people in a neighbouring room came outside for a cigarette the smell came inside mine - I guess the perfume is there to balance that out. Anyway it was quite overpowering. There was also a lot of noise from other guests oitsidein the carpark and on the balconies during the evening. I would probably look at other options before staying here again.
