Very nice hotel, staff at the breakfast was wonderful, but reception at night not the most friendliest.

The room was very clean. Air conditioning was great. Check in took less that four minutes. Hotel is right off the QEW so it was easy to find but you couldn't hear any traffic from the QEW. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Value for money was tremendous.

The hotel was very nice hotel and the staff was helpful.

Very modern and up to date hotel, with large rooms and good location right off the highway. We found this hotel to be a very good value and will definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel was understaffed. There was only one waitress at dinner, [the second evening one waiter]. Although the dinning room was supposed to be open till 21.00 guests were turned away before that time. The bedroom was not cleaned until the afternoon.

I stayed 2 days on July and I loved, specially because it is clean and comfortable.

We had our Christmas Dinner basically just around the corner so location was fabulous! Rooms were clean and pleasant in décor. Breakfast was the only thing we had an bit of an issue with, 5 of 6 of us had received our breakfast and finished eating before the last person received theirs. We all ordered together and another table that arrived after us received their order before as well. We I asked the server on duty she said, Oh the cook is usually pretty good at keeping orders in order. I said not today! We were all together. She just said Oh....then when my boyfriend come back to the table he told me he over heard the cook tell the server, Oh I am so sorry I missed one! Own the error and apologies, don't fluff it off! Other than that, the stay we very nice!

very nice very nice very nice very nice very nice very nice very nice very nice very nice very nice very nice very nice very nice very nice very nice

When we arrived we found out that they were working on the pool and hot tub.....the main reason that we had stayed at this location. Also when we arrived at the eating area in the morning it cost $12.95 for breakfast and i did bot see anything there that was more that what i would have had at come hot complimentary breakfasts

Everyone on staff went out of their wau to be hreat hosts. It was a fantasic room and we will be back :)

We were on our way to Niagara Falls for the past weekend and decided to stay in Burlington as opposed to downtown Niagara. We were able to stay here and visit outlet shops across the street, as well as fine dining located near-by as well (The Keg & Canyon Creek). Overall, the amenities were perfect! The location was fine, although a vehicle is recommended. Everything was about a 5-10 min drive which is reasonable. The room was exceptionally clean and we were on the 4th floor. Newly upgraded room and the beds were comfy. We felt very comfortable and the staff at the front desk were friendly too! We asked them questions several times about restaurants nearby and the outlet shops hours, and they were helpful each time! The value was excellent and we would recommend this hotel to all our friends and family! Enjoy your stay here!

This hotel is in the middle of an industrial park in the middle of nowhere. If you are driving through to Toronto - maybe, but for anyone wanting to be in Burlington, it is terrible. There were creepy crawlers in the bathroom one morning, no complimentary water and quite ordinary. Pool was closed (for a hot holiday weekend!).

I had not been to Burlington for some time. It was a relief to find out that there was a new hotel built since I was last there. Recommended by a friend in the area, it was a pleasant surprise. Rooms are fantastic with great extras such as mini-fridge, microwave and huge work desk with EASY internet...(nice surprise and also free). Beds are absolutely the most comfortable with nice white duvet covers. Makes the room very crisp and clean feeling. Although I was only in town for one night, I know that nearby there is a Movie Theatre with restaurants and a shopping centre. I did not get a chance to get over there, but you can walk if you wanted to. I dined in the hotel because I arrived somewhat late and was pleased to hear I could order room service! Great menu and it was nice to have that choice. There is a restaurant/bar in lobby as well. All in all, a very good experience. Highly recommend to others travelling to Burlington.
