This was the highlight in terms of hotels of our trip. We booked 2 rooms not realizing the "room" was actually its own building with a lower level, mezzanine living room and top floor, and our family would have been able to stay in the same place (something to consider). The hotel picked us up from the bus station, which was super helpful. And Mt Fuji greeted us in the morning! I only wish we'd stayed 2 nights here, it was really really beautiful!

Beautiful Mt Fuji views from our suite. The most incredible and responsive service from the front office staff who provided efficient and timely transportation by shuttle to nearby bus/transportation stops as well as to dinner and even the conbini one night when the only restaurant that was open (Jan 1) was full. It is definitely a food desert in that area, but we made do just fine. We enjoyed the shared onsen which was not busy at all.

We had an amazing stay here. The staff went out of their way to take care of us. It is a beautiful facility. They transported us back and forth to the bus stations and the convenience store. Great stay, the staff were really helpful. Offered pick-up and rides to nearby Togendai station. Relaxing location. Onsen with a view of Mt. Fuji. We lost an earring, but the staff found it after we left and offered to send it to out next stay. We are thankful!
