Marlin Key 4F is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with Gulf-front views on the 4th floor. Marlin Key Condominiums in Orange Beach, AL, offer low-density, spacious units, stunning beach views, and private beach access—perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom

• Carpet is in the bedrooms and tile is throughout the remainder of the unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats eight with two additional bar stools for seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• There is a sleeper sofa in the living area

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed. The primary bathroom features a double vanity and a jetted tub.

• The second bedroom has a king-size bed

• The third bedroom has a queen-size bed

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• A maximum of two cars is allowed. One reserved space and the second car is on a first-come, first-served basis.

***Smoking/vaping is not permitted at Marlin Key other than around the grill area and in the front parking lot away from the building.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
