This Lei Lani Condo is a Gulf front over-sized 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo. Delivery services available: Include grocery delivery and local restaurant delivery. Condo has pull out Queen sofa in addition to the bedroom. Newly updated and just steps from the beach. This is the 3rd condo complex east of the Perdido Pass (Alabama Point Bridge) which is next to a preserve. A low density complex with quiet beach front, 2 outdoor pools, indoor heated pool and access to Ole River for fishing, and swimming. The boat docks are restricted for owners only but great for fishing and swimming in addition to the beach front property.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great value. Beach is excellent and wasn’t crowded whatsoever. Unit is in decent shape with nice balcony. When we arrived, we found the toilet seat was detached in the small bathroom and the property manager acted quickly to resolve it. We really enjoyed Orange Beach and would recommend this property!

Short weekend trip
My husband and I go to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Perdido Key area 2 or more times a year. We love the area. This was just a short weekend for just the two of us after Christmas holiday. The condo at Lei Lani was just right for us. It had all we wanted as far as space. The one bedroom slept very good, like our bed at home. We ate out mostly so we didn’t have much use for the kitchen. It had a coffee pot, fridge, stove and microwave if we needed them. We only used the fridge and coffee maker. I washed few dishes myself with the supplies left for us. The space was clean but the living room needed an ottoman. I don’t like putting my feet on the furniture. The fans have to run for circulation and that bothers me but not my husband. I chill. I found another blanket to sleep under. We spent a lot of time on the balcony all bundled up until the sunshine came in and we shed our coats. The parking is limited and tight if there are more vehicles in your party. The keypad worked great for an effortless arrival. We appreciate getting to stay here and look forward to coming again. It’s only a short distance to most anything we wanted to do. Thank you for sharing it.
