I liked the location next to popular restaurants and bars. The room I received needed new beds, if your looking for a pin drop hotel this may not be, during the weekends, needs to have hotter water, better curtains, the breakfast was included with stay(was good during the week) weekend was not that satisfying. Would stay again just needs a few touch ups. Staff friendly.

Lindo lugar muy cómodo, cerca de restaurantes, para hacer compras etc...

You feel welcome here, every body is so friendly and efficient. The place is very clean. Breakfast area is beautiful and relaxing. The music is well selected, excellent taste and volume. The stairs to the second floor reminded me of the Jaguar temple of Tikal (Mayans ruins), just because you can’t fit your whole foot on the steps and I have small feet. I really liked this hotel, would definitely go back!

Great boutique hotel located in the heart of Zona Viva. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bars. Easily accessible by taxi and Uber.

I really enjoyed this small boutique hotel. It's in a great part of the city but is very intimate and cute. I like their style! The breakfast provided at then nearby restaurant Rustika was excellent. I did hear some music noise from a nearby businessas we went to bed but I wore ear plugs and it did not bother me. The air conditioner worked great and the bed was super comfortable. Not a large room or bathroom really but the style and cleanliness made it a winner :)

Paid for two nights to bookend my stay in Guatemala before leaving NYC. First night's stay, no problem. Second night, a nightmare. Arriving at 5:00 PM, after 7 hours of travel time back to Gaute City, I was told my room, which should have been ready at 2:00 PM, would not be available for three-four hours! I had a 6:00 AM flight out the next day. They did offer complimentary dining at one of the attached restaurants, but that's not what I needed. I needed a shower and time to prepare for my flight. I registered my annoyance and disappointment. I was offered the option of going to another hotel after waiting for almost two hours. I agreed. They paid for the 'Hotel' and taxi. The 'Hotel' I was brought to was a B&B in a gated residential community (although really close to the Airport, so that was a plus). The room was filthy and decrepit and without a proper window. At that point I was resigned and just need to rest and prepare for my flight out.

Very cute boutique hotel. Rooms are small, but decor and staff make it very pleasant.

Very good and cute Boutique hotel. Super helpful and friendly staff. Enjoyed complimentary breakfast. Noise level through the walls could use some work. I recommend this place overall. Has attachment cafe.

Simple like it nice place to stay !! 👍quiet clean is a very pleasant place

We were a group of 6 with 2 rooms with 2 people each. Everyone thought the hotel was great. It's well priced and in a good location with a shopping center around the corner for a safe short walk. We also had the street food next door to the hotel which was decent. And breakfast at 12 onzas was perfect.

Just beautiful place to stay close to shopping malls restaurants etc.

El hotel es pequeño pero acogedor. Esta muy bien ubicado y cuenta con dos cafeterías para comer. Igualmente tiene centros comerciales a distancia muy corta.
