Enjoyed the one night stay after a long flight. Nicely kept grounds. Good buffet.

Everything is excelent! This was more then what expect

This corner hotel is located at an uncontrolled traffic intersection which produces nonstop horn-blowing on week days, sometimes for three or more hours in the late afternoon and evening. My sixth floor balcony door had large gaps which allowed very loud noise and heavy motorcycle and car exhaust fumes to fill the room. Had to use towels to partially block sound and smog. Balcony doors did not lock -- both locks were not fitted properly. Found "window washer" on my balcony one day without staff warning. There is no temperature control whatsoever in the room -- no heat, no cooling, just a fan with very dirty vents so, if you try to move the air, you get blown dust. Some large red bugs found on floor aside my bed.

The hotel staff were very friendly, polite and very helpful. The room was very cozy, up to date and the beds comfortable the only thing I think the should of have better pillows. All common areas were extremely clean and up to date. The hotel is in a good area in the center of town, lots of great restaurant , bars and night clubs and shopping centers. The price was very reasonable and much less than the biggest hotel name which they all are located within a few blocks from each other. It was an excellent stay.

Very good hotel, great location. The price of the room on the executive floor I think is a little over priced because it's practically the same thing as a regular suit

Location is good but when inside you will see and old and not good maintained building. Rooms smell bad and doors when people close them sounds so loud that weaks you up! From 4-5AM people are leaving the room and you're not able to rest.

We spent two nights here while waiting to leave the city. It was locatedin a nice area with some good restaurants. It was very clean and the staff was professional yet friendly. We had a big king size bed which is not easy to come by un Central America.

hotel is nice, internet is not perfect and complex, which makes business tougher. rest all ok.

had some meetings
