I reserved at private room w/ bath at this hotel because very close to airport and free shuttle for my early flight the in morning. When I arrived, the only room was a shared bath with a family. Yes, they provided a room at another of their hotels, but it was farther away and I had to pay for my transport to the airport. The staff at their other hotel were very nice, but the room and location not so great. No hot water, nothing close by to walk to.

Very disappointing stay. We booked a “traditional room” with a private bathroom and Wi-Fi, but were given a room with a shared bathroom instead. The staff refused to fix the issue and did not offer any compensation — only a refund if we left, which wasn’t realistic after a long trip. The hotel was also noisy, felt unsafe (doors hard to lock), and there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms despite it being listed. Overall, misleading and poor service. I would not recommend staying here.
