I was only there for a few hours, and when I left, I forgot my wallet at the hotel. When I called to report it, everyone said it wasn't there, from the manager to the hotel cleaner; they all claimed to have looked everywhere. I received terrible treatment from the manager, so I decided to call Expedia. I explained the situation, and the guy who answered called the hotel, and out of nowhere, my wallet turned up. But the hotel never apologized after treating me like a crazy liar. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

The bedroom was very clean but small with a bathroom outside in the laundry rooms. They did not service breakfast at the hotel. It was a small resturant around the corner that had breakfast, sandwiches for sale. It was very inexpensive. The perfect little hotel boutique within walking distance to the guatemala city airport

The hotel was new and very clean. Comfortable bed. I got the courtyard view but it was just a cement slab. Almost walkable from the airport if you dont have luggage. I wore earplugs for the noise of the airport at night

Hôtel à bon rapport qualité prix, très près de l'aéroport, facile pour arrivée tardive. Nous n'en avons pas profité mais il y a une navette il me semble. Café chaud et frigo à disposition pour stocker une boisson ou autre pour le petit déjeuner. Petit coin repas. Restos à proximité, comme un restaurant de tacos et autres à 40 qtz le plat.
