They don’t provide airport shuttle service, and if you have a U.S. phone number, they never answer the calls. To book transportation to the airport, you must make a reservation at least four hours in advance and pay Q132 (about $17 USD). This is not convenient for people who are not from the country, and if you don’t have a Guatemalan phone number, it’s also inconvenient. Additionally, they offer a tour but do not actually provide it. You have to reserve it one day in advance—but how can you do that if you’re only staying for one day? They also say they will bring breakfast to your room, but when you request it, they say it’s no longer available. The front desk service is not good, although the cleaning service and the food service are good. Keep in mind: if you are not from Guatemala, do not stay at this hotel, because it is very far from the airport and very difficult to reach.
