I have stayed here several times and usually good. This time there was a problem with the water because when the hot arrived, and it arrived quickly, the mixer did not work and there was no cold water, so it was difficult to shower in very hot water. Other that that, they take very good care to please guests.

Staff was extremely rude, unprofessional. I paid for my brother stay and the manager looked at brother from head to toe. Asked for ID even for the minors. Never had that done before. Asked to Pay $150 dollars for a 12 year old also. Additional charges. The security banging on my window of my car to get out of the parking when I had paid for one hour parking. When I trying to get the baby situated. Treated my family with so much disrespectful behavior. No one greeted them upon arrival. No one was helpful or respectful in anyway whatsoever. I wouldn’t recommend the service, hotel to anyone.
