Great hotel to stay at as we had an early flight the next day. All staff were very friendly. Live music in the lounge was a nice touch. Pool amd hot tub wete clean and not busy at all. Will definitely stay again.

The front desk has not customer service at all very rude, short ask question didn’t answer my question. Room balcony door wasn’t locking. Bathroom was dirty this is more like a 3 stars hotel not a 5

Worth place to stay!

The hotel was amazing! Love this place and would come back again! It’s near airport and they provide free shuttle to airport. Their services are excellent. The room is very clean and love the view!

This hotel is grossly overpriced for what it was worth. My room was above one of their convention spaces and for five straight hours everything in my room was shaking from the music downstairs. If you are going to charge such high prices, you should at a minimum warn people that they are not going to be able to sleep. We had dinner at one of the restaurants and what was supposed to be a relaxing dinner turned into a 3 hour journey. There was literally only one other table in the restaurant. The rooms and halls are outdated and worn out.
